It can be overwheleming for elders during festivals, as most residents in our society tend to celebrate with loud music and decorations and gathering. which can be some time feels distrubing for seniors. read more

Good things here

I'm really happy with my society! It has everything I need, like a well-maintained gym, a lovely swimming pool, and a nice park. The neighbors are incredibly friendly, and maintenance is always done on time, keeping everything in great shape. Plus, the connectivity is excellent, making it easy to get around. Things need improvement

While I appreciate many aspects of my society, there are a few issues that need attention. I've faced leakage and seepage problems in the flats from time to time, and the parking space also has seepage issues. Additionally, the main road often experiences traffic congestion due to school buses. Addressing these problems would greatly improve the living experience here. read more

Good things here

Ventilation was good, and there were no issues with seepage and leakage. Cleaning was done very well. The lift, CCTV, and security were properly maintained. Around the society, auto-rickshaws and other transport were easily available, and Ola and Uber could be booked easily. There were malls, markets, and grocery stores nearby. There was no issue with waterlogging. Everyone had an allotted parking area. Modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area were available in the society. read more

Cultural events like Holi and Diwali were not celebrated, but I liked everything else about the society and had no issues there. I was happy living there. read more

I can say out as one of the best complexes in the area. Its prime location offers excellent connectivity, with schools, colleges, hospitals, and malls all nearby, making daily errands and commutes convenient.
