It can be overwheleming for elders during festivals, as most residents in our society tend to celebrate with loud music and decorations and gathering. which can be some time feels distrubing for seniors.

Good things here
I'm really happy with my society! It has everything I need, like a well-maintained gym, a lovely swimming pool, and a nice park. The neighbors are incredibly friendly, and maintenance is always done on time, keeping everything in great shape. Plus, the connectivity is excellent, making it easy to get around. It's a fantastic place to live, and I'm glad to be part of such a wonderful community
Things need improvement
While I appreciate many aspects of my society, there are a few issues that need attention. I've faced leakage and seepage problems in the flats from time to time, and the parking space also has seepage issues. Additionally, the main road often experiences traffic congestion due to school buses. Addressing these problems would greatly improve the living experience here.

Good things here
Ventilation was good, and there were no issues with seepage and leakage. Cleaning was done very well. The lift, CCTV, and security were properly maintained. Around the society, auto-rickshaws and other transport were easily available, and Ola and Uber could be booked easily. There were malls, markets, and grocery stores nearby. There was no issue with waterlogging. Everyone had an allotted parking area. Modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area were available in the society.
Things need improvement
Cultural events like Holi and Diwali were not celebrated, but I liked everything else about the society and had no issues there. I was happy living there.

The community is highly regarded for its positive environment. Residents enjoy a friendly atmosphere where people interact warmly. The connectivity within the area is excellent and efficiently managed. Transportation services such as public buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis operate smoothly without any issues. Essential utilities like electricity and water supply are readily available, ensuring convenience for all residents. Nearby, essential services and facilities are easily accessible. A notable feature of the community is its spacious park, providing ample room for children to engage in recreational activities and fostering a strong sense of community among residents. Furthermore, the parking area is well-maintained and designed to accommodate vehicles comfortably, constructed with durable materials to ensure durability and quality. Additionally, CCTV cameras and elevators are in place, contributing to the efficient functioning and security of the community as a whole.
Things need improvement
Everything was well taken care of and there's nothing that needs to be improved. The transportation options were excellent and made it easy to get around.

I can say out as one of the best complexes in the area. Its prime location offers excellent connectivity, with schools, colleges, hospitals, and malls all nearby, making daily errands and commutes convenient. The market beside the complex adds to the ease of access to essentials. The 2 BHK flats are spacious, at 1712 square feet, and are located on the 3rd floor. The flats come well-equipped with modern amenities, including AC, wardrobe, modular kitchen, lights, fridge, and dishwasher, providing a comfortable and convenient living experience.
Things need improvement
While the connectivity within New Town is good, commuting to other parts of the city can sometimes be a challenge due to traffic congestion. The maintenance of the complex is generally reliable, but there have been occasional delays in addressing specific issues, which can be inconvenient for residents. Despite the overall good construction quality, some minor issues with fittings and fixtures have been reported. Addressing these connectivity and maintenance concerns could further enhance the appeal and living experience

Am very satisfied with many aspects of this housing society. The maintenance is excellent, ensuring that everything is always clean and in good condition. The construction quality of the buildings is outstanding, providing a safe and comfortable living space. The amenities, such as the gym and pool, are also very good, offering residents a variety of options for recreation and fitness. Additionally, the social life here is decent, with friendly people and opportunities to engage in community activities.
Things need improvement
However, the connectivity is a significant drawback. It can be challenging to get around due to the poor transportation options, making commuting and running errands more difficult. Furthermore, while the social life is generally pleasant, the people here are not very interactive, which can make it harder to build strong connections with neighbors. These issues detract from the overall experience of living in an otherwise well-maintained and well-equipped housing society.

I'm really disappointed with the construction quality in our society. It's not up to mark, and we're dealing with ongoing issues like structural problems and frequent maintenance issues such as leaks. Living with these issues makes it hard to feel comfortable and safe at home. It's frustrating because it seems like we're constantly dealing with repairs and inconveniences. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve the construction standards here so we can all enjoy a better living environment.

The amenities provided are excellent, and the community is quite friendly, although there's no Chhath Puja celebration. Overall, it's a fantastic place to live with minor areas for improvement

Good things here
The lifts are always operational, frequent cleaning is performed, and timely rubbish collection is ensured by the competent maintenance personnel. Because to the structure's excellent ventilation and natural light, the apartments remain light and airy. Great facilities include a fantastic swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, clubs for social activities, a lovely park for walks and relaxation, and a gorgeous garden with a fun children's play area. It's a nice area to reside because of the friendly neighborhood.
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, there is water logging, which is inconvenient and makes moving around difficult. One major issue for residents who own cars is the lack of designated parking.
