The quality of construction is excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage, and fittings and walls provided by the builder are of good quality. The amenities provided in the society, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, and gym, are top-notch. These facilities are well-maintained and fully functional, with the swimming pool, gym, and kids' play area being particularly notable. Maintenance charges are reasonable, making it an affordable option for residents. With 24/7 electricity and water supply, you never have to worry about outages. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or termites. The buildings have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting, and timely painting is done to keep everything looking fresh. Our clubhouse is well-maintained, providing a space for recreation and community activities. The neighborhood is filled with very nice, friendly people, many of whom have been living here for a long time, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Safety is a top priority, with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards ensuring a secure environment for all residents. read more

The atmosphere within the society is friendly and cooperative, with residents fostering a sense of community.
