Good things here

I've been living in this society since 2016, and its been fantastic. Schools, hospitals, and markets are all close by and my kids even go to the school right here. We have regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation. The elevators are always well-maintained. The construction quality is top-notch with no seepage or termite issues. Thereare plenty of ventilation, and the amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are all well-maintained. read more

Things need improvement

The only downside is the view from my apartment, which overlooks a nearby slum. It does not quite match the overall vibe of the place. People on the higher floors get a beautiful view of the Mumbai skyline and the sea, which is a bit of a bummer. I do not interact much with the neighbors, but they all seem really nice. Other than that, everything here is great. read more

Overall, everything in the society was quite satisfactory. The maintenance was excellent, and the construction quality was commendable. Connectivity was convenient, with easy access to public transportation options like buses, cars, and taxis, making commuting to work hassle-free. There were no issues with communication or network coverage in the area. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and park for children were available for residents to enjoy. Nearby grocery shops and schools added to the convenience, and the residents were known for their kindness and helpfulness. read more

The balcony space was relatively small, and there were cracks in some walls of the gym. Additionally, some flats experienced issues with leakage and seepage during heavy rainfall. read more

Good things here

I had left this society 1 year ago, the maintenance facilities of the society is something you can vouch upon. There are lift facilities, proper ventilation, proper cleanliness with timely issue resolution. The construction of the building is quite good as i didn't face any issues regarding seepage, cracks, water supply and electric supply. read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity is something that posed a issue to me, here parking spaces are available but these are not sufficient, moreover, there was also a difficulty in getting autos , cabs and rickshaws. People here were not very engaging, they enjoy among themselves only, and we didn't use to celebrate any festivals together. read more

Good things here

The flat enjoyed good ventilation with ample sunlight, surrounded by sufficient greenery. There were no issues with leakage or seepage, and all modern amenities were available and well-maintained. Power cuts were non-existent, and cleanliness standards were consistently upheld with 24/7 water availability. Ample parking space was available within the society, and traffic issues were non-existent. read more

The residents in the society tended to keep to themselves and didn't engage much in conversation or social interactions. They were not very friendly or outgoing. read more

Good things here

There's a local railway station and decent connectivity with taxis. Regular cleaning and waste collection ensure optimal maintenance. The structures get plenty of sunlight and ventilation. A garden, a pool, a gym, clubs, and a park are just a few of the facilities. read more

Things need improvement

The wet season is when the leaks occur. The noise from the freeway is really upsetting at night. It's also uncomfortable because the region smells like dumping. read more
