Initially, anyone could park their vehicle in our parking area, but after lodging a complaint, this issue has been resolved, and we no longer have any parking issues. Autos are readily available outside the society. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. read more
The road outside the main gate of the society is in very poor condition. Since our flat is on the 1st floor, we face a significant drainage issue where water overflows into our home from unknown sources. The lifts are not maintained at all; people bring pets into them, and the pets sometimes urinate and defecate there. People also spit in the lifts, and the stairs are not cleaned regularly. A committee has not been formed in the society yet; there is a pending voting process. read more

Nearby, there are markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, salons, and restaurants catering to residents' needs. The buildings boast excellent construction quality, with no seepage or leakage issues reported in the flats. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area are available and well-maintained within the society. read more
Water supply is a major concern due to shortages. Not all floors have CCTV cameras installed. Additionally, residents find maintenance charges to be quite high. read more

The society has good connectivity, with autos and buses available nearby. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, and there are no traffic issues near the society. read more
There are numerous issues in the society, and if given the opportunity, I would sell my flat and move out. The construction quality is very poor, with many cracks in the flat, and issues are not resolved quickly by the society. The cable wire in my house has also been damaged, but I am unable to connect it properly. The roads inside the society are also in poor condition. read more

The maintenance team ensures timely repainting and upkeep, keeping the walls crack-free. The society offers top amenities including a spacious school and a well-equipped gym, along with gardens and a clubhouse, all well-maintained. Safety features are comprehensive with CCTV coverage and 24/7 security guards. Daily garbage collection and well-planned layouts contribute to the society's cleanliness and functionality. The residents are of good standing, making the community pleasant�and�welcoming. read more
Based on my experience in the society, I haven't encountered any issues so far. However, I believe the maintenance team could improve by being quicker and more prompt in addressing residents' concerns and fixing problems�as�they�arise. read more
