Good things here
public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Road quality is good and traffic issues are not faced at all. The maintainance of the society is good, society is kept clean and garbage collections are done on time. There are 2 lifts available in the society and both are properly functional. All amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. read more

There is no CCTV cameras installed in the society, security needs to be improved. seepage and leakage issues arise specially during rainy season.The construction quality is not good. The buildings are very damaged. According to the maintainace charges the society is not maintained properly and timely resolvements are not done. The main concern of this society are the people in the society who are not at all friendly and cooperative, there are no festivals and events celebrated in the society. People don't mix up at all. read more
