Good things here
public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Road quality is good and traffic issues are not faced at all. The maintainance of the society is good, society is kept clean and garbage collections are done on time. There are 2 lifts available in the society and both are properly functional. All amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society.
Things need improvement
There is no CCTV cameras installed in the society, security needs to be improved. seepage and leakage issues arise specially during rainy season.The construction quality is not good. The buildings are very damaged. According to the maintainace charges the society is not maintained properly and timely resolvements are not done. The main concern of this society are the people in the society who are not at all friendly and cooperative, there are no festivals and events celebrated in the society. People don't mix up at all.

The maintainance of the society is good, society is kept clean and garbage collections are done on time. There are 2 lifts available in the society and both are properly functional and timely maintainance is done. All amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society.

Seepage and leakage issues arise specially during rainy season. The construction quality is not good. The buildings are very damaged as multiple times seepage and leakage happens. According to the maintainace charges the society is not maintained properly and timely resolvements are not done. The main concern of this society are the people in the society who are not at all friendly and cooperative, there are no festivals and events celebrated in the society. People don't mix up at all for which the social life is not good for people like me who loves to participate in events.

The connectivity in of the society area is excellent, with easy access to public transportation like auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs just outside the society. Additionally, the roads are of good quality, enhancing transportation within the vicinity. Street lights are well-maintained, ensuring visibility and safety during the night. Moreover, residents have their own parking spaces, eliminating parking issues. Garbage collection is managed efficiently, similar to municipality services, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene within the society. The construction quality of buildings is good, with minimal issues related to seepage or leakage. Proper ventilation is maintained, contributing to a comfortable living environment. Elevators are also well-maintained, ensuring smooth functionality.
Things need improvement
Currently, the society lacks amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area. These facilities can contribute significantly to the well-being and recreation of residents. The absence of CCTV cameras in the society raises concerns about security and surveillance. CCTV cameras are crucial for monitoring and deterring potential security threats, ensuring the safety of residents and their property which needs to be installed.
