Currently living in the society, The connectivity is fine, autos are available and even the traffic is also low, the roads are good. Society is well maintained and hygienic. Amenities are also available like gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, which are maintained well. Neighbours are friendly and society organizes celebration of festivals. There is greenery in the society. read more
Things need improvement
Metro is not nearby it takes 30 mins to reach the station. If a complaint has been registered regarding maintenance it takes time to get it resolved. The building block in which the residents resides has no issues of damp walls or water seepage, but other buildings in the society do face this issue. Water logging is also an issue during the monsoon season. There is no park for kids to play. There is nothing that the residents really likes a lot in the society read more

Garbage collection occurs daily. Residents are good. There is sufficient parking. Lifts are maintained. Water is available 24/7. Autos are available near the society. The roads outside the society are good. read more

The society has several towers that are still partially constructed, leading to cleanliness issues. Also, promised amenities by the builder are not fully available yet due to incomplete towers. During summers, many flats run air conditioners, causing electricity issues. The society is 15 km away from the metro. Additionally, there are many cracks in the flats, indicating poor construction quality. read more

However, maintenance was good with timely garbage collection. Hygiene and cleaning were well-maintained. Cultural events were also organized. There were grocery stores, markets, and malls nearby. read more

There were several issues with our society. The swimming pool was in bad shape, so we couldn't use it. The clubhouse and gym were also not well-maintained. There wasn't a proper play area. The nearest metro station wasn't nearby. The construction quality was poor with cracks appearing in the walls. There was no lift in the society. read more
