The society community thrived on the regular availability of buses, autos, and taxis, streamlining the daily journeys of its workforce. Accessible public transportation simplified residents' everyday schedules, supported by effective water supply and waste management systems. Conveniently located nearby were grocery stores, bustling markets, medical facilities, educational institutions, and colleges. Ample parking spots were at hand, complemented by a generous park offering a playground for children. The locals' reputation for friendliness and hospitality preceded them, alongside the vigilant upkeep of surveillance cameras and elevators. Communication networks and internet services were praised for their unwavering reliability
Things need improvement
Everything is easy to acess there was no need of improvement everything was easy to acess. People were also friendly amd cooperative. Cctvs and elevtors are also working .

Good things here
Currently living in the society, The connectivity is fine, autos are available and even the traffic is also low, the roads are good. Society is well maintained and hygienic. Amenities are also available like gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, which are maintained well. Neighbours are friendly and society organizes celebration of festivals. There is greenery in the society.
Things need improvement
Metro is not nearby it takes 30 mins to reach the station. If a complaint has been registered regarding maintenance it takes time to get it resolved. The building block in which the residents resides has no issues of damp walls or water seepage, but other buildings in the society do face this issue. Water logging is also an issue during the monsoon season. There is no park for kids to play. There is nothing that the residents really likes a lot in the society

Good things here
Garbage collection occurs daily. Residents are good. There is sufficient parking. Lifts are maintained. Water is available 24/7. Autos are available near the society. The roads outside the society are good.
Things need improvement
The society has several towers that are still partially constructed, leading to cleanliness issues. Also, promised amenities by the builder are not fully available yet due to incomplete towers. During summers, many flats run air conditioners, causing electricity issues. The society is 15 km away from the metro. Additionally, there are many cracks in the flats, indicating poor construction quality.

The property boasts a commendable absence of seepage or leakage issues, ensuring a dry and comfortable living environment for all residents. the lifts are well-maintained and in good condition, providing reliable transportation for residents. Security measures are top-notch, with dedicated personnel ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
Things need improvement
There are some areas that could benefit from attention, such as the parking situation, which currently presents challenges. Additionally, there have been occasional power cut issues, which may cause inconvenience but are manageable.

Good things here
However, maintenance was good with timely garbage collection. Hygiene and cleaning were well-maintained. Cultural events were also organized. There were grocery stores, markets, and malls nearby.
Things need improvement
There were several issues with our society. The swimming pool was in bad shape, so we couldn't use it. The clubhouse and gym were also not well-maintained. There wasn't a proper play area. The nearest metro station wasn't nearby. The construction quality was poor with cracks appearing in the walls. There was no lift in the society.

Public transport nearby avialable hai. mall,market sabkuchh pas hai. ventilation har ek flats ki proper dia hua hai. amenitis mai sabkuchh hai. people helpful hai and festival sare celebrate karte hai garabge collection on time hai.
Things need improvement
Stray dogs ka jada problem tha kiunki dogs sab stair se upper flors mai ajati thi. all society under construction thi isliye sab facilities banraha tha. swiming pool,club house,gym . maintenance aur thoda improve ho sakti hai.

People bohot helpful hai. festival sare milke manate hai. amenitis sare hai and well maintained hai. garbage colletion on time rehti hai. lift bhi boht achhi chalti hai. ventilation bohot badiya hai. plumber ,electrician 24 hour milti hai.

Public transport kuchh bhi nahi milti hai. isliye humain office jane mai dikkat hoti hai. maintanance aur thoda improve ho sakti hai. society ki beutification ki jarurat hai.

Cab , auto nearby miljati hai. garbage collection daily ho jati hai. ventilation toh bohot achhi hai. amenitis sare hai and well maintained hai. parking slot alloted hai. garden , play ground bhi hai. festival sare manate hai.

Metro bohot dur hai , office jane mai dikkat hoti hai. construction quality bekar kiunki kahi kahi seepage , leakage and plaster jharta hai. paint utar jata hai.

The price range for the apartment would be Rs 8.83 lacs to Rs 18.07 lacs. This is another well-connected property, complete with broad roads, plenty of greenery, and complete security for residents. Regular police patrols are done to improve the security of the surrounding region. They have a lot of food stores, medical stores, gyms, health clubs, parks, and running tracks on their property. There is plenty of parking for both visitors and locals.
