Good things here

All festivals like Durga Puja, Holi, Rabindra Jayanti, and others are celebrated with great enthusiasm. Everyone enjoys them together. We have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, community hall, and game room in the society. There are no parking issues in the society. read more

Things need improvement

The lift often gets stuck, and it's not maintained properly. The CCTV cameras are available, but there's no backup, so we don't get any footage. Hygiene isn't maintained well in the society, and there's a strong foul smell despite multiple complaints to the maintenance team. Dampness issues have started on the top floor, with some cracks appearing on the walls. There's a lack of availability of autos and rickshaws, and when we call them, they charge unreasonably high prices, around 100 to 150 rupees for just a 10-minute ride, which doesn't make sense. Also, it's hard to find Ola or Uber services easily. The roads inside the society have deteriorated and become uneven, which is a bit problematic for me. Also, the roads outside the society are quite problematic. They dig up the roads but don't fix them properly, leading to issues like waterlogging. There is a small garden, and a playground is currently under construction. read more

Good things here

My neighbors are very nice and friendly, always supporting each other in times of need. There are CCTV cameras and a security guard available for security and safety. Elevators are also installed and maintained well. The electricity and water supply is regular. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are available. read more

Things need improvement

However, there are several downsides like there is only a government school nearby nothing else and no autos or cabs are available. The roads are in very poor condition, and there is no hospital nearby. There are seepage and roof issues, especially on the 4th floor, along with cracks in the plaster, which could be of better quality. Moreover, most amenities are not well-maintained and are insufficient for more than 500 residents. read more
