Good things here
All festivals like Durga Puja, Holi, Rabindra Jayanti, and others are celebrated with great enthusiasm. Everyone enjoys them together. We have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, community hall, and game room in the society. There are no parking issues in the society.
Things need improvement
The lift often gets stuck, and it's not maintained properly. The CCTV cameras are available, but there's no backup, so we don't get any footage. Hygiene isn't maintained well in the society, and there's a strong foul smell despite multiple complaints to the maintenance team. Dampness issues have started on the top floor, with some cracks appearing on the walls. There's a lack of availability of autos and rickshaws, and when we call them, they charge unreasonably high prices, around 100 to 150 rupees for just a 10-minute ride, which doesn't make sense. Also, it's hard to find Ola or Uber services easily. The roads inside the society have deteriorated and become uneven, which is a bit problematic for me. Also, the roads outside the society are quite problematic. They dig up the roads but don't fix them properly, leading to issues like waterlogging. There is a small garden, and a playground is currently under construction.

Good things here
My neighbors are very nice and friendly, always supporting each other in times of need. There are CCTV cameras and a security guard available for security and safety. Elevators are also installed and maintained well. The electricity and water supply is regular. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are available.
Things need improvement
However, there are several downsides like there is only a government school nearby nothing else and no autos or cabs are available. The roads are in very poor condition, and there is no hospital nearby. There are seepage and roof issues, especially on the 4th floor, along with cracks in the plaster, which could be of better quality. Moreover, most amenities are not well-maintained and are insufficient for more than 500 residents.

The GPS Meena complex has great amenities such as an indoor games area, and community hall and has video door security for all residents. Though a bit small it is a very comfortable place to stay in.

As it is a gated community you will definitely feel safe living here. The residents are friendly as well. The construction is nicely done optimizing the carpet area for comfortable living.

GPS Meena is situated in North Kolkata so you may expect a bit of traffic around the complex. Nonetheless, The water quality and supply is something the project should boast about. Power backup is also present for convenience.

Though The complex is not that big it has used space diligently. The rooms are spacious and the garden in the middle adds to the charm of the complex. Highly recommended.

The affordability of the Project units is its Biggest USP. The amenities are as promised and power backup is present for the comfort of all residents the complex is well-maintained and good security systems are in place.

There are hardly any problems if you choose to stay here, the mobile network is good and the booked cabs reach here in no time as there are no traffic problems or traffic jams. Shopping malls, schools, and colleges are in abundance for the kids and parents can go to work without worrying about family members staying in the society. Everything is good in this project right from the well-constructed roads to the safety of the residents along with the amenities such as grocery shop, gym, pool, jogging tracks, etc.

Well equipped with all the amenities to facilitate the needs of the residents. There are no power problems as the power backup is also available. Police patrolling is done regularly which ensures that the families staying here are always safe. It is one of the best and well-developed projects for luxurious living standards as the homes are having a good ventilation system and you can have an abundance of sunlight. Green parks, jogging tracks, grocery stores, gyms, and almost all kinds of amenities are available within a walking distance.

Excellent lighting and ventilation in this project. There are many schools, colleges, hospitals as well as shops nearby. Safe and secured project with nicely constructed flats that have good finishing. Such a peaceful and calm environment with fresh air and clean roads is something you can notice in this project. The connectivity is good as all types of public transports are reachable with a few minute's walk. No power cut or water supply problem is there in premises.
