Our society lacks a swimming pool and faces traffic congestion during peak hours because it's quite crowded.

Living in a location with excellent connectivity and easy access to public transportation makes life so much more convenient. It's fantastic that market areas, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are all nearby, saving time and effort when running errands or dining out. The prime location of the society on the main road is definitely a plus, and it's reassuring to hear that the roads outside are in good condition. A well-maintained society with proper cleanliness and hygiene standards contributes to a comfortable living environment. Regular garbage collection and timely pest control are essential for maintaining cleanliness and preventing health hazards, so it's great to know that these are taken care of. The absence of waterlogging issues and a good drainage system around the society are significant advantages, especially during monsoon season.
Dealing with seepage and leakage problems in my flat is quite frustrating and concerning. It's essential to address these issues promptly to prevent further damage and ensure my safety and comfort. Similarly, the poor construction quality in the buildings is worrying, and it's something that needs to be addressed to avoid future problems. Regarding the swimming pool, it's disappointing that it's not maintained properly, leading to functionality issues at times. A well-maintained pool is not only a desirable amenity but also contributes to the overall attractiveness and enjoyment of our community.

I'm glad to say that the lifts in our society are top-notch, always reliable and well-maintained for our convenience. The proximity of the market area is definitely a plus point, making it easy to access essential goods and services without much hassle. Parking is also well-managed here, with spaces diligently allotted to residents, ensuring that there are no issues with finding a spot for our vehicles. It's reassuring to know that while seepage issues are rare, they're promptly resolved whenever they do occur, contributing to a comfortable living environment for all residents.
One thing I've noticed is that plumbing problems are addressed at my own expense rather than being covered by maintenance. It's something I've had to budget for separately. Maintenance primarily focuses on outer upkeep and major cleanliness tasks within the society. It's good to know their responsibilities so I can manage my expectations accordingly.

Public transportation options like auto-rickshaws, buses, and cabs are readily accessible outside, ensuring excellent connectivity. Nearby, residents have access to markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants. Parking space is allocated to all residents, with security guards effectively managing the parking areas. The society maintains good hygiene standards, with timely paintings and proper maintenance of CCTV cameras. Both water supply and electricity are available round the clock, with good water quality.
In K block, both bathrooms were experiencing seepage issues, resulting in weakened walls and water leakage from the sink area. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool available.

The residents were friendly and supportive, creating a welcoming environment. The society is pet-friendly and maintains a hygienic environment. Maintenance charges are reasonable at Rs. 1500/-, and public transport options like buses, cabs, and autos are readily available for easy travel. Market areas, schools, and hospitals are conveniently located nearby. The amenities, including a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, are fully equipped and functional. Construction quality is not a concern, as there have been no issues related to seepage or leakage in the houses.
I haven't encountered any issues within the society, and honestly, there's nothing that comes to mind when I think about areas for improvement or betterment. Everything seems to be running smoothly, and I'm quite content with the current situation.

Essential facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and children's play area are unavailable. Cleanliness and hygiene standards are inconsistent, and public transport options are limited. Public transport is easily available nearby the society, with buses, autos, and cabs all within easy reach. The society has excellant infrastructure and build, with no issues like seepage or termites. The apartments are spacious and have proper ventilation with no complaints in plaster and fittings. Garbage is collected regularly with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. There are CCTV cameras and security guards available, ensuring safety. The neighbors are friendly enough and participate in the cultural festivals together.
As boring water is used, there is no backup for the water supply which I thik becomes inconvenient. Additionally, there is no gym or clubhouse which I strongly prefer to be there.

Market area hai society ke paas me, connectivity achi hai public transport mil jata hai. Society saaf rehti hai with good lifts & CCTV Cameras. Gym & clubhouse are there in society. People are quite helpful in society.
A bit of seepage/leakage issue is there in the society and moreover, there is no swimming pool in the society.
