Good things here
The society is well-maintained with amenities like a gym, garden, play area for kids, clubhouse. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues. The buildings have good ventilation, plaster, and fittings. The electricity and water supply are reliable. It�s well-connected with easy access to autos and cabs, and the roads are in good condition. There are hospitals and markets nearby, and parking is available for both residents and visitors. The neighbors are friendly, the elevators work well, and there�s always a security guard on duty. Regular garbage collection is also ensured, making it a great place to live.
Things need improvement
The society has everything you need and meets all the standards. There are no complaints because everything is in great condition and maintained regularly. The management keeps all amenities and facilities in good shape, making it a nice place to live.

Designated parking spaces are readily available, and maintenance of the society is of a high standard, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Additionally, maintenance charges are reasonable. CCTV cameras are installed, contributing to enhanced security. The society celebrates a variety of events and festivals, fostering a vibrant community atmosphere, and residents are known for their friendliness.
Things need improvement
The society unfortunately lacks amenities like a swimming pool and gym. Additionally, the market area, located 5 kilometers away, poses inconvenience for residents.
