Everything you need is nearby, within a 1 km radius: hospitals, schools, markets, and public transport. The property offers all modern amenities including a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. there are no construction quality issues, and there's excellent maintenance with no seepage problems. Basement parking spaces are available.

Has 3 schools near by of Adani, Apollo, SGVP. Has hospitals near by in 1 km and a shopping mall which has all items available
