GOOD QUALITY ROADS AND LOW TRAFFIC NUISANCE, ALONG WITH NEARBY EASY ACCESSIBLE HOSPITAL AND SCHOOL AREA ALONG WITH REACHABLE PROVISION AND GROCERY STORES AS WELL.
