I'm really fortunate to live in an area with such convenient amenities nearby. Having local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants within easy reach makes daily life so much easier. The good connectivity and availability of public transportation options mean I can get around without any hassle. It's comforting to know that the society is well-maintained and clean, with regular garbage collection keeping everything tidy. I'm particularly grateful for the high construction quality of the buildings, as it ensures a comfortable living environment without the worry of seepage, leakage, or plaster issues. Having amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse within the society is a real bonus, and I'm glad to hear they're well-maintained and functional. Overall, I feel really lucky to be living in such a well-equipped and comfortable neighborhood.
Things need improvement
Water supply is sometimes a problem as we receive tanker water, and water quality is not good. More cleanliness is required in the society, specially near the corridors and staircase. People are not that friendly towards each other, mostly working people are there and they don't want to mix up

Good things here
Living in this locality was quite convenient due to its excellent connectivity and proximity to the market area. These factors made it easy to access essentials and get around the area efficiently. While the absence of recreational facilities was a downside, I found the accessibility and nearby amenities to be favorable aspects. One notable relief was the absence of seepage issues in my flat. Dealing with such problems can be a major hassle, so it was a relief not to have to worry about that.

The absence of a gym and clubhouse in the locality was definitely noticeable, and it's understandable that residents are facing issues because of it. These amenities are often considered basic necessities in many communities, as they contribute to the overall well-being and quality of life for residents. It's important for communities to consider the inclusion of such amenities in their planning and development to ensure that residents have access to a well-rounded living experience.

Good things here
I used to live there 5 years ago, and everything was great. The connectivity was excellent with easy access to public transport, and the maintenance was top-notch. The construction quality was solid with no issues of seepage or cracks. The amenities were wonderful, including a garden, children�s play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. The neighborhood was friendly and welcoming, with no issues with CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, or stray dogs. It was a safe and pleasant place to live, making my time there very nice.
Things need improvement
I had no issues at all. Everything was great, from connectivity and maintenance to construction and amenities. The neighborhood was also very good. There were no problems with CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, or stray dogs. Since everything was in perfect order, I can�t really think of anything negative to say

The absence of the maintenance team exacerbates the problem, leading to prolonged periods of inconvenience, such as the lift being out of order for several days. Additionally, improving the overall appearance of the society through beautification efforts could enhance its aesthetic appeal. Addressing these maintenance concerns and investing in beautification could greatly improve the overall experience for residents.

Good things here
We have easy access to public transport without any traffic problems. Our flats don't have any issues with leaks or dampness. We have all the modern amenities, and they're well-kept. Our neighbors are friendly, and we enjoy celebrating festivals together. The place is clean, and any problems get fixed quickly. There's plenty of parking, and the elevators work well. The maintenance costs are fair, and the roads nearby are in good shape
Things need improvement
The water has a bit more iron in it and isn't great quality. The society needs a fresh coat of paint

There is a nearby hospital for emergencies. The railway station is a 5-minute walk away, and the metro station is a 10-minute walk away. Buses, autos, and cabs are readily available. Ventilation is adequate, and people are helpful. Garbage collection is also carried out regularly.
Things need improvement
The open space in the society is quite limited according to the residents. The garden area is also small, and the children's play area is tiny too. All these aspects should be expanded. Maintenance has been slow and poor for the last six months.

Transportation options like auto, cab, and buses are nearby. Malls, markets, and supermarkets are also close by. The building's construction quality is top-notch, and ventilation in every apartment is good. People are helpful too.
Things need improvement
The water here is quite poor, with a high percentage of iron content, which leads to quick damage to electronic appliances. Filters and other equipment also rust quickly. Additionally, there's no nearby metro station for public transportation.

Good things here
The airport and hospital are very close by. Garbage collection happens daily. Electricians and plumbers are readily available. Ventilation in every flat is very good. All amenities are available and maintained on time.
Things need improvement
It's a bit challenging without a nearby metro or railway station for both commuting to the office and for outings. Maintenance could use some improvement, and further development in the area would be beneficial.
