Good things here
3 BHK, 3 large beds with modular almirahs, 3 bathrooms, 2 bath with geyser, modular kitchen with chimney and RO, 1 split air conditioner fridge, washing machine, fans, led lights, cutlery almirah, big dining table with 6 chairs, 2 double beds with mattresses. Lots of hospitals, market etc. are very close. Newly built Rolex Estate is tri-junction of Shaheed Path, road to Faizabad and Lucknow. It is 1 minute drive from new High Court. Rent 30000 plus maintenance . Gated apartment with security, 3 lifts and separate covered parking.
