Good things here
Cabs and auto are easily available in the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Paintings are done on time in the society.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is average, public transports are easily not available at a walkable distance outside the society. Metro is far from the society. The constructuion quality is average in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. There is no club house in the society, there is no space in the society to build a club house.

Things need improvement
The connectivity in the area is lacking, especially with the absence of a nearby metro facility and limited access to public transport options. Additionally, the scarcity of malls nearby adds to the inconvenience�for�residents.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is amazing as the metro station is located at walking distance from the society. Hospitals and schools are also located nearby. All the amenities such as swimming pool, gym, community hall, play area and library is available and maintained extremely well. CCTV cameras and lifts are installed in the premises of the society. Neighbours are helpful and cooperative. They celebrate all the festivals together in the society.
Things need improvement
The building quality is not upto the mark as the residents are facing seepage problem. The building is quite old and weak. Painting is also not conducted frequently.

The society is 8 to 10 years old, and it hasn't been repainted yet, causing it to look old. Repainting the society is necessary. There are numerous vendors outside the society, leading to congestion in the mornings.

Additionally, the ample parking space, including designated visitor parking, adds to the convenience for residents and their guests. The quality of roads and functionality of street lights contribute to a safe and well-lit environment, further enhancing the overall living experience. It's fantastic to have local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants nearby, providing easy access to essential services and amenities within a 2-kilometer radius. The maintenance services in our society are commendable, with timely cleanliness and hygiene being maintained, including daily garbage collection. The maintenance charges of Rs 2 per square foot area are affordable and ensure the upkeep of the premises. I'm pleased to note that water supply and electricity issues are virtually non-existent in our society, thanks to efficient management. Compared to other societies in the area, our society stands out for its maintenance standards, including the proper functioning of elevators and the installation of CCTV cameras throughout the premises, bolstered by the presence of security guards and security apps for added safety. Lastly, the availability of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids within the society adds to the overall quality of life for residents.

Planning of the rooms are not that good as my flat does not receive any sunlight, it is not ventilated properly. There is no painting done in the society. Most of the time swimming pool is not functional. Also most of the time lifts does not work. Long term maintenance is not done in the society. People does not cooperate and get along with each other in this society.

CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Balcony is available in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.

The wait time is sometimes more while taking a public transport. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available just outside the society. The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. The society has not got any club house. Amenities are not maintained properly, it's not in a usable condition.
