Good things here
1. Its very safe as its located in residential area & opposite side is park. Decent fellow residents. 2. Very well maintained, cleaning is regular & no water logging in rainy season. 3. Spencer, Vishal Mega Mart & medical shops are within 100 meter radius. 4. Ashiyana Chauraha is 50 Meters, well connected with public transport round the clock. read more

Power cut on rainy day is a concern but its not for long duration. Opposite Side is park & hence its less populated. read more

this location is maintained very well there are lots of parks for playing and many schools are there and the local market is easy to access and the roads are amazing. read more

road lights are little dim at night for a walk little water shortage are there in that location and power cut is also there for some time traffic is high in evening time. read more

Good things here
The malls in my area are very near so that you can buy the things from there. The roads are very clear and clean and there is no clogging situation during monsoons. The markets are in a walking distance there.It is very good that the hospitals are very near from the locality. read more

I dislike about the place is that the crime happened in the past. Some of the streetlights are also not working too. read more

Ashiyana Colony is one of the best localities in Lucknow. It is very easy to commute to rest of the city. There are several parks around and various other facilities. Things need improvement
Metro connectivity is too far about 8-9km. At PGI and vrindavan gate there is traffic jam at peak hours which causes pollution. After 9pm no sharing auto available. Near vrindavan gate, footpath is encroached by street vendor's .Also as it developing still construction at nearby areas causing dust pollution , which is a major issue. Railway station is far from here about 45-60mins. But for that you'll get sharing auto , electric buses , cabs etc read more
