The most positive aspect of living in our society is definitely the people. I'm grateful for our friendly and helpful neighbors who make this place feel like home. It's heartwarming to see how we come together to celebrate festivals and special occasions as a community. The strong sense of camaraderie and the way people interact and bond with each other really enriches the living experience here.

Living in the society has been challenging due to several factors. Firstly, the maintenance standards are severely lacking, with significant issues left unaddressed. It's frustrating to see the surroundings remain dirty and essential amenities poorly maintained, affecting our quality of life. Living in the society has been challenging due to several factors. The construction quality is another major concern, with ongoing problems like water leakage due to the use of inferior materials. These structural issues not only compromise the safety of our homes but also create additional stress and inconvenience. Connectivity around the society is also a problem, as the lack of nearby public transport options makes it difficult to travel conveniently. Additionally, the absence of a proper drainage system along nearby roads leads to significant dirt accumulation, further adding to the discomfort.

The amenities provided are top-notch, offering everything we need for a comfortable lifestyle. Additionally, the community is incredibly friendly, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.

There are a few issues that need addressing. Maintenance could be improved as electricity issues persist, with the fuse breaking frequently. Despite the good construction quality, my house door needs to be changed, and despite informing management five months ago, no action has been taken yet.

The housing society is well-connected with autos, cabs, metro, and a nearby railway station. The quality of the roads is good. Maintenance is taken care of with well-maintained lifts, regular garbage collection, and clean water tanks. The construction is solid with no issues of seepage, leakage, or cracks, and there is good ventilation and sunlight in the apartments. The people in the neighborhood are friendly.

The society has higher maintenance fees and no cleaning services. There are no amenities like a garden, children play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, or park.

The amenities are not sufficient for the number of people living there. The gym and other facilities have limited capacity, so not everyone can use them at the same time. This makes it difficult for residents to enjoy the amenities fully. More facilities are needed to cater to the growing number of people.

Good things here
Auto, buses, and rickshaws are available, like from 2023, many things have improved. Maintenance is just okay. Lifts are timely maintained. Amenities such as the swimming pool and clubhouse are cleaned timely. Everything is just okay, not that great.
Things need improvement
Metro is not here. Issue resolution is slow. If we raise any issue, it takes a lot of time to resolve. There is seepage, cracks problem in, I guess, every flat, every house in Ahmedabad. The major issue is with people and Committee Members; they don't listen. If there is any problem, no one is here to whom we can directly connect and tell the problem. We have to do 3-4 times follow up. So if there can be a single number who can be contacted at the time of emergency, then it will be great.

After booking, Ola or Uber used to enter the society for pickups. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained, including a continuous water supply. The society was kept clean.
Things need improvement
Autos and buses were scarce near the society, and roads often faced significant waterlogging during the rainy season. The lifts were poorly maintained, and internal issues like leakage, seepage, and cracks plagued the flats.
