Connectivity in the society is good; auto-rickshaws are easily available. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, and there are no traffic issues. There are no leakage or seepage problems in the society. The residents are cooperative, and festivals are celebrated. Water is available 24/7, and cleanliness is up to the mark.
Outside the society, the gutter is overflowing, causing a very bad smell. This issue has been ongoing for a year, and the government is not paying attention to it.

The property has no issues with seepage and features both a swimming pool and gym for recreational use. It also benefits from its proximity to a nearby market area.
There are regular power cuts occurring. Security measures are satisfactory. However, the drainage system within and around the society has been problematic for three years, frequently causing clogs and roadblocks.

Residents enjoyed modern amenities and well-maintained surroundings, with autos readily available nearby and well-maintained roads outside.
The lack of nearby bus stops limited public transportation options for residents, and visitor parking within the society was limited. Additionally, the maintenance charges were perceived as somewhat high, potentially posing a financial burden for residents.

One drawback is the lack of availability of daily-use items nearby. The market area is situated farther away from the society, which may inconvenience residents who rely on nearby access to essential goods and services.

Festivals are celebrated. Water is available 24/7. There are no leakage or seepage issues. All modern amenities are available. The residents are decent. There are no traffic issues near the society, and autos are available nearby. The lifts are well-maintained. Parking is allotted for visitors in the society.
The cleanliness is not up to the mark in the society; it is only cleaned when prompted. Many people in the society do not have parking allotted nearby, so they have to park their vehicles outside.

The primary issue in the society pertains to parking, particularly the external parking for visitors, which is not in good condition. However, aside from this concern, everything else meets expectations and is up to the mark.

The connectivity here is great, with reliable Ola and Uber rides and nearby access to essential places like the hospital, airport, railway station, and schools. The neighborhood is friendly, and all necessary amenities are available, including a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and park. There are no issues with CCTV, security, parking, or guest parking.
There's no segregation of garbage, which is problematic. Cleaning is inadequate, and the area outside the society, especially at the back where water accumulates, is dirty and prone to mosquito breeding, affecting children's health. Seepage remains a significant issue despite regular fixes. Additionally, stray dogs pose a danger, making it unsafe to step outside.
