I can understand your disappointment with the absence of a swimming pool and clubhouse area, as having recreational facilities within our community can truly enhance our living experience. While events celebrated in open spaces have their charm, not having dedicated facilities for such gatherings can indeed limit the scope or scale of celebrations, which is something noticeable. Additionally, the lack of parking allotment sometimes poses challenges for finding suitable parking spaces, especially during peak hours or busy periods. It's important for our community to consider these aspects to ensure that all residents can fully enjoy their time here.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Road conditions are very good around the society. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Parking space is alloted both for residents and visitors. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Paintings and water proofings are also done on time. Electricity is also fine, no issues are faced. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in my appartment. My flat has got proper ventilation. The amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Society is pet friendly, rules are also followed by the owners.
Things need improvement
Metro is not available near the society. There is a pipeline and drainage issue in my flat, but that is managable. There are no major issues that I face in this society.

Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. Market areas, schools, mall restaurants all are nearby the society. Metro is close to the society. Road quality and street lights are also good. Parking is alloted to all residents. CCTV is avilable and functional. Elevators are properly maintained. Security guards are available. Cleaning and hygeine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Issues are promptly resolved on time. constructuion quality is good in the society. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such. Water logging issues are not faced in the society, the society has got good drainage system. facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.

I'm truly fortunate to be part of such an exceptional society. From accessibility to amenities, everything seems to align perfectly, making it an ideal place for any family. If I ever encounter any concerns, I'll be sure to address them, but for now, I'm grateful for the wonderful living experience I have here.

Installation of CCTV cameras, presence of friendly security guards, and availability of functional lifts ensure safety and security for residents. Good construction quality with no issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems, along with good ventilation and spacious layouts. Availability of amenities like a gym, clubhouse, play area for kids, and spacious bedrooms enhances the overall quality of life for residents. Residents are friendly and cooperative, and cultural festivals and events are celebrated together, fostering a strong sense of community.

I've noticed that our society doesn't have a swimming pool, and it's something I'd really like to see addressed. I believe it could enhance the overall appeal of our community and contribute to a more fulfilling living experience for everyone.

Good things here
I mainly use my private car, and I'm glad to say that the road conditions are excellent, with functioning street lights adding to the safety and convenience, especially during nighttime travel. The maintenance services in our society are top-notch. It's reassuring to see that cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained, with regular garbage collection ensuring that the surroundings stay clean and tidy. I appreciate the effort put into keeping our environment pleasant. Additionally, having local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants just outside the society adds to the convenience of daily life. I'm also pleased with the functioning elevators in our building. Lastly, the fact that we don't face waterlogging issues speaks volumes about the effective management of our surroundings.
Things need improvement
All Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Fittings are not that good, doors and window quality is very bad. Locks gets damaged.

Good things here
Living in this society is a pleasure. The roads are in excellent condition, and autos are readily available just outside. Cleanliness is consistently maintained, and we have great amenities including a gym, pool, and six beautiful gardens. Festivals are joyfully celebrated together, fostering a strong sense of community. Each unit has a water meter, and minor issues are addressed promptly. Additionally, water and electricity are always available, ensuring a comfortable living environment.
Things need improvement
While living here is generally positive, there are occasional issues with leakage. Additionally, minor problems do arise from time to time. However, these issues are usually managed promptly, minimizing inconvenience.

The society's security is very good, with CCTV cameras installed and allotted parking, so there are no parking problems. Additionally, guest parking is also available. The society's maintenance is excellent, with proper upkeep and cleanliness. The construction quality is also very good, with no issues. All amenities, such as a gym, garden, and clubhouse, are available. The residents are also nice�and�friendly.
Things need improvement
Everything in the society is very good. There is a 24-hour water supply, no power cuts, and everything is well-maintained. I don't think there is a need for any improvements�here.

Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. electricity issues are not faced at all in the society. The society appartments are very spacious.
Things need improvement
There are no nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants outside the society. Malls are also far, it takes about 20mins to reach the malls from the society. The connectivity of the society is poor as nearby stores are not available. Metro station is not nearby the society. The maintainance of the society is average, the society is not properly maintained and kept clean. The constructuion quality is not good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, play area for kids and club house are not available in the society. Park is available but it is very small in the society. People are not very friendly and cooperative in the society.

Good things here
Residents have ample parking space, and auto-rickshaws are easily accessible. There are no problems with leakage or seepage in my apartment. All modern amenities in the community are well-maintained. The residents are polite, and the surroundings are clean. Water is available round the clock.
Things need improvement
Visitor parking inside the society is not available; they have to park their vehicles outside. The roads outside the society are not in good condition.

Even though I usually travel by car, I appreciate the excellent connectivity within the society. It's easy to find Ola or Uber rides, and the bus stand is just a short walk away. The maintenance of the society is impressive, thanks to the care taken by the residents. Any minor issues are promptly dealt with, ensuring that the society is always well-maintained. The amenities provided are fantastic, and they receive great attention. Additionally, the residents are friendly and have pleasant personalities, making interactions enjoyable.
Things need improvement
Everything in the society is well-maintained, and everyone takes good care of it. Any issues that arise are quickly resolved. The only downside is that the metro station is a bit far, but apart from that, everything is good.
