The neighbourhood is nice, although during rainy seasons the roads become dirty. During the rainy seasons, power outages are commonly seen at night. Monsoon traffic jams are frequent.

The inside walls of the flats' rooms are plastered and painted in visually pleasing hues with oil-based distemper. The room is roomy and has a lovely open carpet design for optimal comfort.

The Project's appealing architecture is evidence of its sound construction and evidence that planning and design were optimised to maximise living space. Its affordability is without a doubt its biggest selling feature.

At Ashiana Vrinda Gardens Phase III A, this neighbourhood is conveniently positioned with decent infrastructure and open access. The area surrounding the project has a water logging issue, which might be troublesome during the monsoon season.

My favourite aspect of the apartments is the balconies, and the rooms are spacious and make good use of the available space. The elevator is maintained in top functioning condition, and the water supply is consistent.
