Furthermore, the community experience is enhanced for residents with a lovely garden and a well-kept children's play area. There is an easy-to-access metro and train station close by, as well as a good supply of auto rickshaws and taxis, making transportation quite convenient. Families and single people alike will find a pleasant and inviting atmosphere in the generally friendly neighborhood. The lifts remain operating and the effective upkeep of regular cleaning and waste collection is ensured by the impressive maintenance services provided.

Attention is needed to improve structural integrity since certain construction areas exhibit seepage and cracking problems. Those looking for more recreational opportunities inside the community may also be disappointed by the lack of a swimming pool and the restricted club amenities. Given that there is none, the parking facility is problematic.

The roads outside the society were not well-maintained during that period, potentially affecting ease of transportation. Furthermore, the absence of a swimming pool or play area within the society limited recreational amenities for residents.

Society, out of 800 flats, nearly 700 are owned. Residents can only rent out their flats to relatives, not to outsiders. The society does not allow bachelors to reside here, and there are no modern amenities available.
