Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is quite satisfactory, making commuting easy. The construction quality is commendable, with no reported seepage or leakage issues. CCTV cameras are installed for added security. Residents can enjoy amenities such as parks, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse. Additionally, nearby hospitals provide convenient healthcare access.
Things need improvement
After examining various aspects and considering the user's preferences, it was challenging to identify many dislikes. However, they did note that the neighborhood in the society includes a mixed crowd of people, which might be perceived as a downside depending on individual preferences.

Good things here
The cleanliness of the society was very good. There was greenery in the society.
Things need improvement
There was a major issue of electricity in the society. Every flat had an inverter because there was no light for a long time and the parking area was very small according to the flats in the society.

I am thinking of leaving from here, the services are poor and I don’t like it very much. The area is not very clean and people are unsatisfied with the work.

I recently bought a home here and I can see it is not very great. The houses are weak with poor facility, poor manpower, poor building construction and fake promises by the Auric team.

I was really afraid of a recent incident here. In the first rain pavor block of common areas is totally is demolished, a complete land slide is taken place, Water get accumulated at LT room, Park and in STP

It has been a bad experience. It is simply one of the worst societies to live in. There is a severe overcrowding issue here. You just cannot live here peacefully without any problems.

I did not have a good experience here. The building construction is very poor. I had a lot of expectations, but all of the commitments and promises made by the builder were fake.
