The society has decent connectivity and maintenance, making it a reasonably convenient place to live. The amenities are good, providing residents with various facilities that enhance their quality of life. Additionally, the residents are friendly, contributing to a pleasant community atmosphere. These positive aspects make the society a comfortable and enjoyable place to reside.
Things need improvement
However, the society faces significant issues. The construction quality is very poor, which affects the overall living experience. The RWA is ineffective, as they do not take residents' advice or suggestions into account when resolving problems. Additionally, there is a need for more household helpers, electricians, and plumbers to address issues more efficiently. Implementing a scheme where everyone can voice their opinions would greatly improve problem-solving within the society.

However, there are a number of difficulties facing the society. First of all, there aren't any handy public transit options nearby due to the lack of a metro or train station. Maintenance costs are somewhat high, which can strain residents' finances. Additionally, there are concerns about cleanliness and safety in the neighborhood because of the street dogs. There are also seepage and leakage issues, as the construction quality is average.

Maintenance charges are justified. The lifts are well-maintained. There is enough greenery. Festivals are celebrated together by everyone. Cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. The residents are decent. There are all modern amenities. Water is sufficiently available. The roads outside the society are maintained. Public transport is easily available near the society.
Things need improvement
There is a leakage and seepage issue in the flat. There is no metro station near the society, so you have to take an auto to get to the metro station.

Good things here
I really enjoy living in this society. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or leakage issues. Maintenance is very good; everything from cleaning to garbage collection is done on time. All amenities are available, and the neighbors are quite helpful.
Things need improvement
In my view, the society is excellent. Everything is maintained very well, and I don't think there is any need for improvement. I am very satisfied with the society.

I enjoy living here due to several conveniences. The location is great, with a school, hospital, and market nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and public transport is easily available, including buses, autos, and cabs. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste is maintained. The society offers amenities like a gym and clubhouse, which are well-maintained. Additionally, CCTV cameras and security guards ensure safety.

There are some significant issues as well. Electricity problems, including voltage fluctuations and occasional power cuts, are a concern. Termite issues have resurfaced despite previous treatments. The upper part of the washroom has bubbles, and water leakage is causing holes in the walls. Guards' phones frequently don't work, necessitating calls to the main gate for assistance. Street dogs pose problems, with accidents involving cars and attacks on pets from other wings. The generator capacity is insufficient for the load. Complaints from members about tree leaves dirtying cars led to the cutting of trees, which worsened the view from windows and harmed the environment.

Good things here
Our society offers amenities like a playground, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or leakage. Both covered and uncovered parking options are available. Garbage collection is timely, and cleaning and hygiene are well-maintained. It takes about 10 minutes by auto to reach the metro station. The plaster and fittings quality is also very good. There are no network issues within the society. Public transport like autos and rickshaws is easily available around the society. We celebrate all festivals like Holi and Diwali.
Things need improvement
The biggest problem here is street dogs that Bangladeshi people feed and they have raised street dogs inside the complex. Therefore, our children cannot play downstairs, there are many problems . There is an issue of water logging near the gate during rainy seasons, where water accumulates.
