Good things here
the standards of the project are way more than the projects in and around the area. the developers are very nice and they offer more than what they have promised.

the developers are nice people and the apartments are nice and spacious compared to the area but their price is a little bit higher. However, it takes a lot of negotiation with the developers f you sit and negotiate with the developers they might consider.
