Good things here
There are no reported concerns regarding seepage or leakage, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Residents express satisfaction with the security arrangements, providing a sense of safety within the community. Adequate parking facilities are available, easing residents' daily routines. The vibrant market and locality enhance convenience, offering a plethora of amenities within easy reach.
Things need improvement
The only thing lacking here is the swimming pool amenity for the residents, which would enhance the quality of living and is a common feature in many communities today.

Good things here
The building is constructed with excellent quality, ensuring there are no problems with leakage or seepage. The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming. Residents can enjoy amenities such as a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and park.
Things need improvement
The railway station is located 20-25 minutes away, which can be inconvenient at times. Additionally, there are occasional challenges in finding autos and cabs.

There are no issues with seepage or leakage, and security measures are dependable. Power cuts are not a concern, and the market area is conveniently located nearby. Designated parking spaces are available, and overall, the experience is satisfactory. The maintenance of the society is excellent, with hygiene also being well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and CCTV cameras are installed for added security.
Things need improvement
However, there is a lack of amenities such as a swimming pool and gym in the society, which can be improved upon. Additionally, more attention to cleaning is needed to enhance the overall experience.

Good things here
The society enjoys good connectivity with autos, cabs, and nearby metro facilities. Well-maintained roads ensure easy travel. The lift and water tank are in excellent condition, and regular cleaning and garbage collection are conducted efficiently. The construction quality is commendable, with no significant issues noted.

There are limited amenities available, and the railway station is an hour away. The residents are neutral, and there are some manageable seepage and leakage issues.

Good things here
Water was available 24/7, and there was a ground for walking where children could play and a garden as well. Cabs could be easily booked online, and the market was nearby. There was ample greenery all around, and the people were very nice; festivals were celebrated.

Autos and rickshaws were not readily available in the society. There were no modern amenities such as a swimming pool or gym. Additionally, paint was peeling off from the walls in our flat.

I appreciated having supportive neighbors. Nearby schools, hospitals, and markets were convenient. Each resident had designated parking. The elevators were well-installed and maintained, and both electricity and water supply were reliable without interruptions. Amenities such as the gym and clubhouse were available and kept in good condition.
Things need improvement
One area for improvement is that the locality outside the society was not aesthetically pleasing. Once outside, the surroundings did not present an attractive appearance.

Continuous water availability and well-maintained cleanliness and hygiene standards contribute to a pleasant living environment. Maintenance charges are deemed justified, and the society permits bachelors to reside. The lifts are efficiently maintained, ensuring smooth operation.

Heavy traffic congestion near the society during peak hours poses a challenge for residents' daily commutes and warrants attention to alleviate congestion and improve traffic flow.

The presence of a swimming pool and gym within the community adds value to the amenities available. Additionally, the neighborhood's proximity to a good market and its generally favorable locality are noteworthy. Moreover, all kinds of events and festivals are celebrated in the society, and people are very nice.

The overpowering smell emanating from the gutters is causing significant discomfort, to the extent that residents are unable to open their windows. Additionally, the malfunctioning fans in the lifts exacerbate the situation, leading to further inconvenience. However, there are notable concerns regarding security protocols, as there is a lack of proper monitoring of entries, leading to unauthorized access. Unfortunately, the unpleasant stench from the bathrooms further detracts from the overall living experience.
