Good things here
Nice, humble, and pleasant neighbors can be found in the society. To ensure your protection, a security guard is on hand. The roads are well-maintained, and there is good access to readily available public transportation such as buses, cars, and taxis. Waste management is guaranteed on a regular basis. Parking is offered for residents, and there is a grocery and hospital close by. Installed and kept up properly are elevators. Water and power are consistently available. No problems with seepage, leaks, or termites indicate that the construction quality is outstanding. Excellent plasterwork, fixtures, and ventilation are present in the buildings. There are available, well-maintained modern amenities such a play area, clubhouse, gym, and garden.
Things need improvement
Because the society is always well-maintained and cared for, there are no complaints or things that could be done better. It everything works together seamlessly, giving each and every person a comfortable place to live. The community is kept in superb shape by the management's efforts.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Facilities like play area for kids and garden is available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. covered parking is alloted to some residents.
Things need improvement
Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, are not available in the society. Parking problems are faced inthe society, all residents does not have parking area.

Good things here
Auto,cabs are easily available near by the sociey. Society is located on main DB road so essentials and all are easily available in the society. maintenance charges are reasonable in the society,Time to time painting is done there. Build quality is good as such there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitor. There is good security system as 24/7 security staff and cctv both are available. All the festivals are being celebrated in the society overall good socialism.
Things need improvement
This is small society and there are only few amenities like temple,water purifier plant,kids play area only. power back up facilities are available for common areas like lift and common areas only.

Good things here
The construction work was really good, and it was easy to get around because schools and hospitals were close by. The area where I live is nice too. It's convenient because everything is nearby, It's a good place to live because of all these things.
Things need improvement
The society faced significant problems with water supply as tankers didn't come regularly. There was no clubhouse in the society, and parking was also a major issue. While parking was allocated for owners, tenants were only provided with two-wheeler parking, causing a lot of problems regarding�parking.
