Good things here
Parking space is available, Gym facilities are available, Maintenance services like garbage collection facilities were provided. People are very friendly and society culture is good.
Things need improvement
The main problem is with connectivity, metro station is quite far away, there were seepage and dent problem , swimming pool is available but it's not functional.
