Good things here
My experience in the society was incredibly positive. The security measures were top-notch, and the guards were always courteous and respectful to everyone. I appreciated how there was always plenty of parking space available, even allowing for double parking when needed. It was a relief not to have to worry about water shortages or power cuts, as everything was consistently reliable. The connectivity was excellent, making it easy to get around with various public transportation options like autos, cabs, and buses readily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful place to live, and I felt fortunate to be a part of such a well-maintained and welcoming community.
Things need improvement
My experience in the society was indeed quite positive. I found that everyone in the community was very cooperative and pleasant to interact with. Whenever there was a problem or an area for improvement, the management committee was excellent in addressing it promptly and efficiently.

Public transport ,nearby mall ,markets ,super markets all are there. people are friendly.
Things need improvement
Average maintenance sevices are there . amenitis like swiming pool is not there. small play ground is there .

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is satisfactory, with a BRTS at a convenient distance. Maintenance is well-managed, ensuring timely disposal of garbage. Amenities such as a gym and clubhouse are available for residents. The community fosters a friendly and cooperative atmosphere, celebrating all festivals together
Things need improvement
The construction quality is lacking, evidenced by seepage and leakage issues. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool available on the society premises.
