I noticed that the amenities in our society are slightly lacking, so I feel there should be some improvement in that regard. Everything is meticulously constructed, including a temple within the society premises where residents can worship. Additionally, there's a Reliance market nearby offering a supermarket, vegetable market, and other goods. Residents can easily find auto cabs right next to the society, and there are numerous hospitals located conveniently nearby for any medical needs.
In this neighborhood, there's a significant amount of wasted RO water, so it's crucial to address this issue. One suggestion is to halt the waste and consider constructing a water swimming pool within the society, which would greatly benefit the residents. Additionally, there's a concern about water logging on the roads outside the society, especially during rainfall, which can lead to unsanitary conditions.

Parking was sufficient for everyone. Water was available 24/7. The society maintained cleanliness and hygiene. The market was at a walking distance.
The residents didn't cooperate with maintaining plants; if you lived on the second floor, those on the first floor would complain about plant growth encroaching on their space, citing concerns about water dripping into their homes. Bachelors weren't permitted in the society. Seepage was a problem during the rainy season. There was no swimming pool, and the garden and play area were small. The lifts weren't properly maintained.

Autos, buses, and cabs are available nearby, just a short walk from the society. The market area is very close to the neighborhood. CCTV and lifts are installed and working well. We have a small gym with the necessary equipment inside. Neighbors are friendly. Festivals are celebrated within the premises. The best thing about the society is how clean it is.
The metro station is not close by. There's a minor issue with water seepage in the buildings/houses. There aren't any other facilities apart from the gym.

Well-maintained roads and a hospital nearby. BRT services are also available nearby. gym is available. The maintenance charges of the society are reasonable, and maintenance services are also good, ensuring cleanliness within the society.
There is an issue with seepage. There is no swimming pool in the society. While there are 2BHK units available in the society, having 3BHK units would be preferable.

Easy access to places like hospitals and grocery stores is also important. It makes life easier and more convenient for everyone in the community
