Good things here
All essentials like schools, markets, restaurants, Hospitals ATMs are in walking distance. Well maintained
Enough parking space
Public transport accessible
No water logging on roads
Clean & well maintained
Strong walls and pillars
No seepage issues
Good quality plaster and fitting
Understanding and good landlords
Great Schools nearby
Adequate water
Lot of green & open space
Things need improvement

Good things here
Very good green environment. Gym, School and Hospital facilities. I have not facing power cut, water issues
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges are too high. Public transportation are not available. Street lights do not work. Need improvement.
