Good things here
Society provided sufficient parking, and the apartments were spacious. There were no issues with leakage or seepage. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained. Residents were decent, and the lifts were maintained. There was sufficient greenery, including a park in the society. Festivals like Durga Puja and Independence Day were celebrated together. Cleanliness was maintained up to the mark, and water was available 24/7.
Things need improvement
Buses were not available near the society, but autos could be found, although their frequency varied. To reach the main road from the society, one had to change two autos.

Good things here
Our society has a playground, garden, seating area, and gym, all kept in good shape. We have water round the clock, and everything stays clean. Our neighbors are friendly, and we enjoy celebrating festivals together
Things need improvement
Public transport is hard to get from our society, especially tough for elderly folks. The area has lots of buildings, causing lots of traffic jams. We need some wall paintings to make our society look better. Rats come in through bathroom windows, so we need nets outside to stop them. We don't have a swimming pool here, and there are leaks in some of the flats

There's a nearby hospital, mall, and markets available. Every flat has proper balcony and window setup, ensuring good ventilation. People are friendly. Garbage collection is always on time, and lift maintenance is also punctual. All amenities are available.
Things need improvement
The garden area could be improved, and there's no swimming pool. Some bricks on the internal roads of the society have come loose, causing issues during rainfall. Pet dogs defecate anywhere, leading to a foul smell in the garden and surrounding areas.

Each resident enjoys designated parking, and the area boasts good connectivity with public transport options such as buses, autos, and cabs readily available. The roads are well-maintained, ensuring smooth travel. We have regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste, promoting cleanliness and hygiene. The elevators are installed and well-maintained, providing easy access to all floors. The community benefits from 24/7 electricity and water supply, ensuring uninterrupted services. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues related to seepage or termites. The buildings have proper ventilation and good plaster and fittings. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained, offering recreational options for residents. Our neighbors are very nice and friendly, contributing to a pleasant living environment. We have been staying here for a long time and celebrate each festival together, fostering a strong sense of community. Security is a priority, with CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard ensuring safety for all residents.
Things need improvement
There are a couple of areas for improvement within the society. Firstly, painting is not done in a timely manner, indicating a need for better maintenance practices. Additionally, the absence of a swimming pool limits recreational options for residents. Addressing these concerns would enhance the overall living experience in the society.

Good things here
Important stuff like schools, hospitals, and markets are close by, which makes life easier. The buildings here are built really well, so you don't have to worry about things like leaks or termites messing up your home. Inside, the homes have good airflow, solid walls, and nice fixtures, so living in them is comfortable. Also, parking isn't a headache because each home has its own parking spot, and everyone follows the rules. The community is organized, so trash gets picked up regularly, and people separate their garbage properly, which keeps the area clean and helps the environment. You can count on having electricity and water whenever you need them. Plus, there are cool things like a gym and clubhouse that are taken care of nicely for everyone to enjoy.

Good things here
We have various transportation options like toto, auto-rickshaws, taxis, and our own cars to get around. Garbage is collected regularly. We also have a clubhouse and a playground for kids. Each apartment has nice balconies and good ventilation.
Things need improvement
The roads here can get really jammed with traffic, making it feel crowded. Nearby industries sometimes dump waste into a canal, which can smell bad and attract mosquitoes. Unfortunately, we don't have a swimming pool. The building is pretty old, so there are cracks in some spots. Getting to work can be a hassle because there's no nearby metro, buses, or trains. Plus, we don't have a swimming pool or gym either.

Good things here
The construction quality and ventilation are top-notch. People are very helpful and friendly. We celebrate all festivals. There are emergency fire exits and staircases available. Nearby public transport is easily accessible. Garbage collection is always on time.
Things need improvement
The society owners didn't hand over control. Workers weren't paid their salaries, so the work wasn't done properly. The swimming pool and clubhouse are small. Maintenance is slow, tasks aren't completed on time. The main gate is right next to the road, causing difficulty in getting cars out. There was no metro nearby.

Good things here
The member has left the sociiety 1 and half year ago,The public transport is easily available For Daily essenatial there were 2 shops. Everything in the society is nice, The parks are in the good conditions. The neighbours are cooperative & friendly. The guards, & House keeper were nice & helpful. As per Sagar, Overall the society from inside was nice.
Things need improvement
The metro station was 8-9Kms away from thier locatity & the construction work is still going on. The market was available but not up to mark, Vendors uuse to close the shops early. There were no amenties when the member use to live there.

Good things here
There's a fish market, vegetable market, and grocery shop nearby. Garbage collection and lift maintenance are always on time. Plumbers and electricians are readily available. Ventilation, like windows and balconies, is well-designed for sunlight and fresh air. The people are friendly.
Things need improvement
There are many restrictions, so sometimes we face difficulties. The gym is small, so not many people can use it at once. The location isn't great, and the distance from the main road to the society is quite far, so transportation is a bit challenging for us.
