The society boasts solid construction quality and well-maintained amenities that contribute positively to its appeal. Residents benefit from a reliable structure and good upkeep of essential facilities, ensuring a comfortable living environment. Additionally, the security measures, though below average, offer a satisfactory level of safety.
Things need improvement
Connectivity remains a significant drawback, with inadequate provisions for essential amenities like generator capacity for ACs. This issue is compounded by a lack of people friendliness, which affects the overall community atmosphere negatively. Despite these shortcomings, the society maintains good construction quality and offers decent amenities, although improvements in connectivity and community spirit are crucial for enhancing resident satisfaction.

Good things here
I find the maintenance in our society to be satisfactory, although at times I do wish there was more support in managing personal affairs. However, it's a relief to know that the lifts are working well, making it easy to navigate within the building. And it's reassuring that there haven't been any reported issues with the parking lot; having a convenient space for my vehicle without any hassle is definitely a plus. Overall, while there are areas that could be improved, I'm generally content with the state of our community.

I agree that the lack of stringent gate checks could potentially raise concerns regarding security protocols. Ensuring that access to the community is properly monitored and controlled is essential for the safety and well-being of all residents.
