I feel really lucky to live in such a great community. The buildings are well-made, and the design keeps our homes airy and comfortable. Everything is well-maintained with regular cleaning and working elevators. We have reliable power backup and a steady water supply, which are very convenient. It's also easy to get around with the nearby metro station and access to auto-rickshaws, cabs, and buses. The roads are in good shape, and the neighborhood is friendly and pet-friendly. I couldn't ask for a better place to live.
The amenities in our community are good, but I believe there�s potential to improve them further to better meet residents' needs and preferences. While I�ve noticed some parking congestion, it hasn't been a major issue for me personally. However, addressing any parking concerns could definitely make things more convenient for everyone.

The society does a great job with regular garbage collection, ensuring proper wet and dry segregation. The construction quality is top-notch, especially after recent renovations that fixed any previous issues. The neighbors are incredibly friendly, and we've been happily living here for a long time.
The biggest downside for me is the lack of amenities. There's no gym, clubhouse, or other recreational activities, which is a significant loss for me as I miss having those facilities.

The maintenance was very poor, with many issues in the society requiring attention. Amenities were also not well-maintained, and the construction quality was not so good, leading to problems of sealing in flats.

Connectivity is excellent, with a metro station within less than 100 meters, and a rickshaw stand right outside. Maintenance is commendable, with working CCTV, lifts, and no seepage issues. The society management consistently maintains regular upkeep. Last year, seepage was repaired, and paintings were done. Market areas are nearby, with malls, PVR, and theaters within 1 km. Amenities such as the gym, clubs, and gardens are available with proper maintenance. The open, spacious area also includes ample parking. The residents are cordial and well-educated.

Our landlord is cooperative and understanding. The lifts are well-maintained, and cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Water is available 24/7. Festivals are celebrated. The residents are decent, and all modern amenities are available. Public transport is easily accessible.
There is a traffic issue near the society. There are seepage and cracks in the flat. Although there are amenities, they are not well-maintained and are often not usable due to lack of maintenance.

Power back is on point, when there is power cut they fix it at that moment itself so its easier for teh rresidents. Roads in the area is well cosntructed, tehre is a metro nearby so its very feasible for the resients to travel and there is aple public transporttaion available. Gym is given by the society. neighbors likes to celebrate teh events togetehr
The maintennace is not pro active, so if tehre is an issue they wont quickly revert back and eventually you will have to fix the stuff on your own. There is leakage and seepage issue in rain, so it gets difficult for teh residents
