The construction quality is adequate, offering residents a decent level of structural integrity and comfort in their homes. While amenities are limited, they still provide essential services and facilities that cater to basic needs, albeit with potential room for improvement. The social life within the community, although not overly active, offers opportunities for residents to engage in occasional gatherings and events, fostering a sense of community among neighbors.

Good things here
Near the society, there are nearby market areas and restaurants. A small park is available within the society grounds. The rent in the society is affordable, and public transport options such as autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside. Connectivity is very convenient, with market areas, schools, and restaurants nearby. A metro station is also located nearby. Adequate parking space is allocated for residents. The society is inhabited by decent people, contributing to a pleasant living environment.
Things need improvement
The maintenance services in the society are severely lacking. CCTV cameras and lifts are not properly maintained and are occasionally non-functional. There is a significant issue with the water supply; the water quality received from tankers is very poor and dirty. Essential facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids are not available within the society. Moreover, the construction quality is very poor, leading to issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems throughout the society.

The society offers excellent connectivity with buses, autos, and cabs easily available. Roads are well-maintained, and there's a hospital and market nearby. Each resident has parking. Regular garbage collection, reliable electricity, and water supply are ensured. The construction quality is top-notch with no seepage or termite issues, and there's proper ventilation. A garden adds a nice touch, and friendly neighbors make living here pleasant. We've been here a long time and appreciate the safety provided by CCTV cameras and a security guard.

Amenities such as a gym, play area, swimming pool, and clubhouse are lacking and not maintained in the society. This absence significantly limits recreational activities and community engagement, affecting the overall living experience for the residents.

Good things here
There is a small market nearby, and each resident has designated parking. Garbage collection is regular, and elevators are installed and maintained. We have reliable electricity and water supply, and the construction quality is good, with no seepage or termite issues. Homes have proper ventilation, and a garden is available and well-maintained. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, and security guards are available.
Things need improvement
Public transport options like autos, buses, and cabs are not easily available. Some residents do not dispose of their garbage in the provided dustbins, leading to cleanliness issues. There are occasional leakage problems, and there is a lack of amenities such as a gym, play area, swimming pool, and clubs. The hard water supply causes skin problems for residents, and the drainage system of the society is poor.

The transportation connectivity near the society is fine as autos are available close by. Schools and markets can be accessed easily. Services from maintainece are provided timely. Garbage collection and cleanliness are maintained. All possible issues are resolved timely. Residents are friendly and cooperative.

There are no negatives about living here. Connectivity is great, maintenance is excellent, construction is solid, amenities are well-maintained, and the neighborhood is friendly.

Buses are a bit distant from the society. The construction quality is subpar, with worn-out plaster on the walls, which weakens them. Meters are not provided in the buildings, and amenities such as swimming pools and clubhouses are unavailable.
