Good things here
I'm really fortunate to be living in such a great society. The connectivity here is fantastic, with easy access to public transport options like autos, cabs, and buses. And having well-maintained roads means I never have to worry about waterlogging or traffic issues. The quality of construction in our society is impressive, and I appreciate the well-ventilated flats that make living here so comfortable. It's also fantastic to have all the amenities I need, including a gym, garden, and clubhouse. These facilities really enhance my lifestyle and make it easy to stay active and socialize. I'm also grateful for the diligent maintenance efforts in our society. Everything is kept clean and organized, and garbage collection is always done on time. It creates a pleasant living environment that I'm happy to be a part of.
Things need improvement
The parking issue in our society is quite challenging, especially since there are no allotted spaces, and residents tend to park their vehicles anywhere they find space. This often leads to congestion and difficulties in finding parking spots, causing inconvenience for everyone. I strongly believe that implementing a system for allotted parking spaces would greatly improve the situation. Having designated parking spots for each resident would ensure orderliness and reduce conflicts over parking spaces.

Good things here
If you need to go somewhere nearby from the society, you can easily find autos. The society is clean, the lifts are well-maintained, and there is a garden. The people are nice; we celebrate Navaratri together. Water is available 24/7, and there is sufficient parking for everyone. The ventilation in my flat is good.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is very poor because it's an old society, and there are significant issues with leakage. Autos are not readily available for long distances. The roads outside the society are not maintained well. Additionally, there are no amenities like a gym or swimming pool in the society.

Our society boasts excellent road quality and connectivity, providing convenient access to public transportation and nearby amenities such as shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants. Safety and security are ensured with well-maintained lifts and CCTV surveillance.

However, maintenance is lacking in our society, with amenities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse being non-functional. Additionally, the lack of paint upkeep and poor construction quality are noticeable issues that need addressing

Things need improvement
When i used to live there they do not seggregate wet and dry waste but I think they have started something like that but I am not sure about that. elevators are 11 plus years old and are not well maintained. termite problem recently started in few homes, gym and culb house are not well maintain also club house has very few indoor games. Painting is not done outside the building and maintainance is poor I think they should look towards maintainance.

A major problem is the non-functional RWA committee, which leads to unresolved maintenance issues and delays in addressing residents' concerns. Improving the RWA committee's functionality would greatly enhance the living experience.

Good things here
Seepage and leakage are not issues in the vicinity. However, the absence of security guards raises safety concerns for residents. On the positive side, the proximity to a nearby market area is convenient for daily needs. It's worth noting that there is designated parking available, although this could pose challenges for residents with vehicles.

Good things here
Living in this society has been a fantastic experience! Having Lifeline Hospital and Apollo School nearby is incredibly convenient. The garbage disposal is always on time, keeping the environment clean. There's ample parking space, and the indoor games facilities provide great entertainment
Things need improvement
While living in this society has its perks, there are some drawbacks. The building is a bit old and could use some renovations. Unfortunately, there is no pool or gym, which is a significant downside for those who enjoy fitness and recreation. Additionally, the existing gym equipment could be better maintained.

Good things here
The only thing that i like about this society is about it's connectivity. Roads are well maintained. We easily get buses, metros, e-rickshaws and autos. Metro station and Bus station are nearby. Schools and Hospitals are also nearby.
Things need improvement
There are a lot of problems in this society. Starting with the first one which is constructuion quality- lot of issues around this plaster,leakage,seepage issues are very frequent in the society. Society has a problem of water logging in the rainy seasons due to bad drainage system in the society. The buliding is very old constructed. Other facilities like gym , clubhouses and swimming pools are there but they makes no sense becuase they are not in the working condition.

Good things here
Normal parking is there in the society and proper care has been taken for its maintainence. The connectivity of the society is also awesome as cabs like uber and ola are available. Railway stations and metro station are located near to the society. Construction and build quality is amazing. No issue of waterlogging, seepage or leakage in the area. Ventilation is there. A lot of trees and flowers have been planted in the garden area which makes the society beautifuland full of greenary.
Things need improvement
The only con which the society has, is the lack of proper amenities. No swimming pool is there, Gyms are not functional. Equipments are broken and they are not repaired by the authorities.

Devnandan Platina in Ahmedabad is a great place to stay with your family having all types of facilities in your nearby areas. The area is clean and well marinated. Neighbors are good. Workable environment here.
