Living here is really convenient! I love how easy it is to find auto-rickshaws or cabs whenever I need them. The roads are in such great shape, and having assigned parking spots where everyone follows the rules makes life a lot less stressful. Plus, it's nice that the painting gets done on time, so our neighborhood always looks nice and well-maintained. And having reliable water and electricity, along with a fantastic maintenance crew, really makes a difference. It's great that they handle garbage disposal well too, and the elevators work smoothly. Plus, having modern amenities and friendly neighbors really makes it feel like a community here.
Living here definitely has its challenges, and dealing with leaky spots and seepage is definitely one of them. It's more than just a hassle; it's downright frustrating. Not only does it create a mess, but it can also lead to bigger problems down the line if it's not properly addressed. Plus, having to constantly deal with these issues can really put a damper on the overall living experience. And then there's the sunlight situation. It's disappointing to see that not all flats get enough natural light. Sunlight is essential for our well-being, both physically and mentally, so it's disheartening to know that some residents are missing out on that. It's like living in a perpetual shadow, which can really affect your mood and energy levels.

Availability of a garden, adding to the greenery and tranquility of the surroundings. Functional CCTV cameras and availability of security guards for residents' safety. Proper maintenance of elevators, ensuring smooth vertical mobility within buildings.
Swimming pool is not available, facilities and amenities like gym, park, club house play area for kids are not available in the society. Metro station is far from the society. Parking space is very limited according to the number of cars available. Water logging happens sometimes but that's rare. Renovation is required to increase the value.

Little bit of traffic jam, but other than that, there is nothing I dislike; everything is excellent. You may remain here. situated halfway between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. It resembles Gujarat's beating centre. This is ideal for families from the middle class that desire to live in a major metropolis but cannot afford to.
