Abhishek was quite professional and nice talking during enquiry and site visit. We came to Patna from outstation for site visit and they were humble and gave answers to all our questions. Showed the site and the boundaries. We felt good about the project. But...
Things need improvement
But after paying 10% booking amount, they changed khata and khesara. Then Kajal (CRM) and Chandan took over further communications with us and only provided 1 of the 5 documents required for legal check (from registry and revenue department). The checks failed and we asked for our money back. Throughout the procedure they knew they didn't have the documents we requested even after 2-3 months of asking for the same. Now they say they will not refund our Rs 3,80,000. Hence, no other choice but to take legal action.
