Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available. I use my own vehicle and parking space is aloted. The society is kept clean and hygine is properly maintained. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are very decent and educated people stays in the society. Also cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Metro is not available nearby the society. The street lights can be implemented more for better safety at night around the society. The society is very conjested and traffic issues are faced a lot as market areas are located just outside the society, during rush hours it becomes an issue. Though parking space is aloted but at times parking issues are faced as randomly someone parks their car at my aloted space and I have to ask the security to remove the car from my space. There are no nearby malls and hospitals near the society. Issue resolution process takes time, if some issues arise then continuous reminders have to be made for resolving it. The waster quality is not good, we receive salty water which is not good for health and hair loss issues are faced a lot due to the bad water quality. All amenities are available but maintainance is not done properly, swimmingpool is not cleaned properly.

The community spirit is seen through collective celebrations of cultural festivals and events, fostering a friendly neighborhood.

Unfortunately, maintenance falls short as society cleanliness is not adequately maintained. Furthermore, poor construction quality has resulted in seepage, leakage, and plaster issues, posing potential health and safety risks. It's crucial for these concerns to be promptly and effectively addressed to ensure a comfortable and secure living environment for all residents.

Good things here
Buses, autos, and cabs are readily available for commuting, ensuring convenient transportation options. Garbage collection and lift maintenance are excellent in the society. Each flat is equipped with proper balconies and ventilation, enhancing living comfort. The surroundings feature abundant greenery, contributing to a pleasant environment. The residents are known for their helpful nature.
Things need improvement
Commute to the office is challenging due to the absence of a nearby metro station, necessitating alternative transportation options. The roads are in poor condition, further complicating travel. The gym and swimming pool, though available, are inadequate for the size of the society, often becoming overcrowded during peak times.

Good things here
He community hall, cricket ground, and abundance of trees certainly add to its charm. Having convenient transportation options right at the main gate is a significant advantage, making commuting much easier. Good ventilation and amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and playground make it a well-rounded and comfortable place to live.
Things need improvement
Implementing a mobile application for internal communication and problem-solving within the society would greatly enhance convenience and efficiency for residents. the distance to the metro and railway station poses transportation challenges. To mitigate this, the society could introduce a shuttle service to these stations.

Good things here
The transportation like cabs and autos were easily accessible. The structure of the buildings were unique. People here are helpful and educated. Amenities include Clubhouse, Gym and it is functioned well.
Things need improvement
I think developement in Society should be shopping complex and cinemas and there is nothing that i dislike in this society.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro is available near the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it is functional properly. The construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in my appartment. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society, People in the society are friendly and copperative. The society has got good drainage system, there are no such water logging issues inside the society.
Things need improvement
I've not faced any problems as such that needs to be resolved. The society has got everything
