Good things here
Very safe & secure society, Neighborhood is all posh & Clean with wide roads. Decent neighbors all belong to middle or upper middle class family. All the festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm in the society.
Things need improvement
The view, location & accessibility from the society is the best part Al clean & clear view of Hiss Mussorrie & adjoining area. Right on the main Rajpur Road makes the Entry & Exit very smooth.

SMALL SOCIETY CONSISTING ONLY 72 FLATS ,ALL NEIGHBOURS ARE DECENT BACKGROUND RETIRED & WORKING.ALL THE FESTIVALS CELEBRATED WUTH GREAT ENTHUSIASM IN THE SOCIETY. SOCIETY RIGHT ON THE MAIN ROAD SO ENTRY & EXIT IS VERY SMOOTH FROM SOCIETY ,EVEN PUBLIC TRANSPORT LIKE CABS & AUTOS ARE EASY TO GET.
Things need improvement
TOO MUCH COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION HAPENNING AROUND THE MAIN ROAD NEW COMMERCIAL COMPLEAXES GETTING BUILT ,ITS BOTH GOOD & BAD.
