Good things here
Situated infront of the mainroad. No issues of waterlogging around the complex. Society is well lit at night. Security is provided 24/7. Maintenance Charges are moderately priced. No issues of power cuts generally arise. Backup generators are quick to start, if any. No water issues. It is filtered and provided to the Flat. Building, especially Tower D is notable for its better construction quality. Not many residents reside in Tower D. Although many have moved in to other buildings. Residents are friendly.
Things need improvement
Seepages in some parts of the basement parking could be patched up. Basement parking could have wider roads.

Auto or cabs are available smoothly maintenance is quite good *4 quality of buildings is also good *4, amenities are good *5, neighbors are also good

Bus stand or metro is not far away, it takes 30 minutes to connect to be metro

Good things here
As a former resident who lived there three years ago, I can attest that the recent addition of a flyover has significantly improved connectivity. Although the metro was not operational during my time, I was aware of its construction progress. The society had professional CCTV and security systems in place, ensuring safety. Additionally, there were two clubhouses available for residents' use.
Things need improvement
While there were no significant water issues except for some problems with HCP water, villas experienced seepage problems. Cultural weeks were organized, but residents tended to spend time with their friend circles. The construction quality could be improved, particularly regarding the doors, as the quality of materials used in the plaza was not as good as that in the villas.

Good things here
When I lived there in 2019, the nearest metro was 15-20 km away, and there were no hospitals nearby. However, the cleanliness was excellent, hygiene was well-maintained, and there were no issues with seepage or leakage. Additionally, the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool were all very well maintained.
Things need improvement
During my stay of almost 1-1. 5 years, no events were organized, and I experienced rude behavior from the owners towards the tenants. This was the primary reason I decided to leave the society.

Good things here
Well maintained society having almost all amenities like Gym, Clubhouse, Swiming pool, Parking, Play area for kids Society. Market and shoping complex nearby to the society.
Things need improvement
Metro and railway line is far from the society around 15 km away from the society

The maintenance is outstanding.Roads are very good. Market is near by the society. Society is safe at night. The neighbours are well educated and decent.

That society is one of the best societies in Delhi NCR. maintenance of the society was no doubt good and never faced an issue with the construction quality of issues related to seepage or water leakage. repainting and other things were done at the time. security facility was also good in the society. everything was available within the society itself like the gym, playground, clubhouse, and parking for visitors,. there was nothing that we could add to society. there were hospitals near the society. mall was a bit far but there was a market being constructed near the society itself. connectivity of the society is good public vehicle is easily available and the society is also connected with elevated roads.
Things need improvement
Metro was a bit far from the society taking somewhere around 40 mins to reach to metro station. daily connectivity is an issue as the metro is a bit far from the society so you would first have to take an auto or cab to the metro station. which is very far from society 40 mins

The maintenance charges were 3 rupees per square foot, and the society was well-maintained. Its Closeness to a commercial area contributed to its excellent condition.
Things need improvement
Previously, 70% of the tenants were NRIs who didn't pay much attention to maintenance and cleanliness. Now that everyone has bought their flats, after 10 years, painting is being done and there are also improvements in the society.

Facilities like gym,swimming pool,club house, park and playground all are there . people are very good and friendly they celebrate any festival together

Public transport are not there like auto ,bus are not easily available . construction quality is not perfect like some seepage and leakage issues are there
