Good things here
The flat was very good; the rooms were spacious. The neighbors were very niceThere were lifts and CCTV installed. The road was congested when I was there, but now it has become very convenient. Many new shops, supermarkets, and hotels have opened.
Things need improvement
The garden was in very poor condition; there was no greenery at all, but it was fine when I was there. The location wasn't good back then; there were no malls, markets, or grocery stores, but when I visited last week, everything was there now. There was a parking issue. There was no swimming pool; there was a gym, but its condition wasn't good. There was a clubhouse, but its maintenance wasn't good, and everything is still in bad condition. The road was congested when I was there, but now it has become very convenient. The security has improved, but those people are very lazy. When I went there recently, I noticed that the light of the lift was hanging.
