Security measures, including CCTV surveillance and security guards, ensure residents' safety. Effective drainage minimizes water logging during the rainy season. Reliable electricity and construction quality contribute to a comfortable living environment. Apartments are well-ventilated, and amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, and clubhouse enhance residents' recreational options.
I'm really pleased with my living situation in the society. Honestly, I feel like everything I need for a comfortable life is right here. Right now, I don't see any further improvements needed. But if I do have any suggestions in the future, I'll definitely share them.

Traffic congestion is minimal, and the society is well-maintained with timely garbage collection and a properly tended garden. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and basement parking is provided. The construction quality is high, with no issues like seepage or leakage. Security measures are robust, including CCTV installation and security guards. Elevators and fire extinguishers are well-maintained. Residents enjoy amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and parks, all in good condition. Cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Parking space is the only aspect that requires improvement in the society. Otherwise, everything is well-maintained, and there are no unresolved issues. Although occasional seepage and leakage issues occur, they are promptly addressed.

The people are helpful and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. All amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and playground are available for residents to enjoy. Ventilation, emergency staircases, and fire exits are all properly maintained, ensuring residents' safety. Garbage collection and lift maintenance are done on time, contributing to a clean and smoothly functioning environment.
The lack of a nearby metro station makes it difficult for us to commute to the office, as the rates for cabs and autos are high. Additionally, the roads are in poor condition, and the society is a bit secluded, which adds to the commuting challenges.

I am completely satisfied with the society as it has everything necessary for comfortable living, and I have no issues. I believe no further improvements are needed in the society.

Public transportation is easily accessible, and there is also a play area for children, as well as a swimming pool. Neighbours are also very friendly.
Some buildings experience issues with seepage and termites. During the rainy season, there is waterlogging, and cockroaches are also a problem.

The issue of seepage and leakage is quite significant due to hard water, leading to frequent damage to fittings. Maintenance is adequate, but there is no public transportation available, making it inconvenient for those who rely on it. During the rainy season, water logging is also a major issue. There is no swimming pool or updated gym facilities, and the presence of hard water exacerbates the problem. There is minimal interaction among the residents of the society.

The public transport like autos are easily available in the society. The maintenance of the society well and good. The environment of the society is friendly and good. there is no harm from the street animals.
The metro is too distance/far from the society. The maintenance is also badin the society. There is no facilities available like gym, swimming pool in the society. They want facilities to be available soon in the society

Society has a good market area in the society, there is also a medical shop ,even doctor clinic is available inside the society so the facilities are great. People living in the society are also helpful & friendly.
The public transport are not easily available near the society , no nearby metro , there is also some issues of seepage in the society, And there is no swimming pool in the society.

Connectivity like cabs are available in the society is continent. Lift is well-maintained. People are very friendly and co-operative.
Hospitals are not available in front of the society for emergency. Locality of the society is not good it is very conducted.

Metro station is near, building is near bus stand and auto are easily available, hopitals are also nearby. CCTV and lifts are maintaining well, electricity is 24/7. Gym tennis court, basketball court is there. People are friendly in the society, everyone participates in the festivals
We face water leakage issue, problem is plaster comes out from the wall adjacent to bathroom, Swiming pool is not there as building is old.
