Good things here
It's fortunate that we have easy access to nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, which adds to the convenience of living in our society. Additionally, the reliable water supply ensures that we don't face any water supply issues, which is essential for our daily needs. Having well-maintained lifts and the installation of CCTV cameras contribute to the safety and convenience of living in our society. These amenities and facilities help to make our living environment comfortable and secure, which is something to be appreciated.
Things need improvement
The distance to the metro station can pose challenges for residents who rely on public transportation for commuting. Additionally, issues with the construction quality, such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems, can affect our comfort and the integrity of our buildings. The absence of public transportation options like buses further exacerbates the transportation issue. Maintenance problems need to be addressed promptly to ensure the upkeep and safety of our living environment. Furthermore, the lack of celebration of cultural festivals can detract from the sense of community and belonging among residents.

Good things here
Living in this neighborhood is wonderful! Our neighbors are very friendly and always ready to help out. We celebrate all festivals together, which is a lot of fun. The ventilation in our buildings is excellent, and there are no issues with leaks or seepage. We have CCTV cameras installed throughout the society for safety, and the lifts work perfectly fine. Plus, we have a beautiful garden and playground right here in the society. Everything we need is nearby - malls, markets, schools, and hospitals. It's a great place to live.
Things need improvement
The metro station is far from the society. There isn't a swimming pool in the society. Not many people use the gym, so it doesn't run properly and often stays closed. The AC in the gym is broken, and the elevator frequently malfunctions. The water quality is very poor. The water is very salty, which makes the taps, bathroom, and toilet very dirty. This is the biggest problem in the society, and it's very distressing for me.

There were no amenities in the society, which should be added. Connectivity was not so smooth in that area; auto and taxi services were not available easily. Construction quality should be improved.

The society was well-maintained, and its upkeep was good with no leaks, everything in perfect condition. Connectivity was excellent, with convenient transportation options including buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. The residents are friendly and welcoming. Nearby, there are healthcare centers and schools. Children enjoy the expansive park with plenty of space to play. Additionally, there are swimming pools and a clubhouse, along with a cricket ground within the society. Water supply and electricity are reliable. The environment of the society is very pleasant, and communication and network services are highly reliable.
Things need improvement
The society was well-maintained, and there were no issues with anything; everything was okay. The management team is also proficient in problem-solving. It was easy to access markets, schools, hospitals, and colleges. Connectivity was very good.

The maintenance is fantastic; cleanliness and hygiene are always up to par. The lifts work smoothly, and there's always a security guard on duty, with CCTV cameras installed throughout the society. The construction quality is also excellent. Amenities like the gym and clubhouse are available, and there's never any issue with waterlogging. cultural events like holi and diwali are celebrated .
Things need improvement
The painting was overdue but hadn't been done yet. There wasn't a swimming pool available in the society, and the clubhouse and playground were a bit small. Also, the ventilation in one room of the flat was good, but it wasn't great in the other room.

The neighborhood has great connections with autos, metro, and a nearby train station. Cabs are easy to find for getting around. The maintenance services are dependable, including operating lifts, regular cleaning, and efficient garbage collection. They also clean the water tanks well, keeping everything neat and working smoothly. The amenities are good with garden, parks, gym. The neighbors are friendly too.
Things need improvement
There are several difficulties with the building quality, such as obvious cracks and occasional leaks. Moreover, the housing society's overall appeal is diminished by the lack of amenities like clubs and a swimming pool.

Cab services, including Ola and Uber, are available. Connectivity is fine with wide roads. Maintenance is satisfactory, ensuring good water quality and no electricity-related problems. Construction quality is good, with no termites and leakage issues. Amenities like a clubhouse, gym, open space, and a park with swings are provided. People are friendly and cooperative, celebrating festivals happily.
Things need improvement
Autos are not available nearby, and the quality of walls is not so good as they tend to swell. Additionally, there is no swimming pool in the society.

Public transport like autos and buses were easily available around the society. The metro station was just 3 km away. Nearby, there were grocery stores, markets, schools, colleges, and malls, all within close proximity to the society. The construction quality of the buildings was very good, with high-quality plasterwork. Garbage collection, lift maintenance, and CCTV were properly maintained without any issues.
Things need improvement
However, the society did not have a swimming pool, and the playground was small and not very impressive. One downside was the security guard who was often rude and unprofessional.

The society has good connectivity with easily available public transport options and a nearby market. The construction quality is excellent with no issues of seepage or termites. The apartments have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation is maintained. The gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The major issue faced is discrimination by some of the neighbours, which is quite disheartening. Additionally, there is no swimming pool. Other than these points, everything else is great here.

Connectivity bohot achi hai bus stand hai mini bus available hai, brabar me school hai, online sabhi saman easily delivered ho jata hai, visitors parking bhj available hai, power kabhi bhi nahi hota hai maintenance bohot acha hai, power backup�available�hai.
Things need improvement
Thoda sa bathroom ki walls me seepage ka issue rehta hai, market nahi hai nearby to grocery ke liye problem hota hai, 6 mahine se thodi dikkat arhi hai kyuki naye vendor ne sari dukane�hata�di�hai
