My experience in the society has been incredibly positive. The maintenance efforts by the society committee are truly commendable, resulting in a well-maintained and clean environment that I am proud to call home. The availability of amenities such as the swimming pool and clubhouse adds an extra layer of enjoyment to everyday life. What truly sets this society apart is the sense of community among the residents. I've found the people here to be friendly, sociable, and always ready to lend a helping hand. It's heartwarming to be part of such a tight-knit community where everyone looks out for each other.
Things need improvement
Living in an older society certainly has its charms, but it's understandable that issues like deteriorating construction and seepage can arise over time. These challenges can be quite disruptive and understandably influenced your decision to leave, especially considering the impact on your child's well-being. It's reassuring to hear that aside from these issues, your overall experience in the society was positive. It's clear that the community had much to offer, but sometimes specific needs, such as having other children of similar age for your child to socialize with, can become a priority. While it's difficult to leave a place you've grown fond of, prioritizing your child's needs is essential.

Moreover, the convenience of having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby adds to the appeal of the location. It's incredibly convenient to have essential services and amenities within easy reach, making everyday life more manageable and enjoyable. Overall, I feel fortunate to be a part of such a well-equipped and well-located society.

Iving in our society has its challenges, particularly concerning connectivity and transportation. The ongoing construction for sewer lines has led to frequent road damages, causing waterlogging and congestion. These issues can be quite disruptive and frustrating, especially with narrow lanes exacerbating traffic problems. To address these challenges, widening the roads could significantly alleviate traffic congestion and related issues. Creating more space for vehicles to move freely could improve the flow of traffic and reduce the occurrence of waterlogging during heavy rains.

I'm grateful to say that the people in our society are truly wonderful. They are nice, friendly, cooperative, and always willing to lend a helping hand whenever needed. In terms of transportation, I find the frequency of public transportation around the society to be quite good. It's easy to find cabs, and overall, transportation options are readily available, making commuting convenient for residents.
Things need improvement
The condition of the roads around our society is quite poor, which poses a lot of problems for residents. Unfortunately, there seems to be no maintenance of the society at all. Maintenance services are lacking, and essential tasks such as garbage collection are not done on time, leading to further inconvenience for residents. Overall, the maintenance standards in the society are very poor, with nothing being properly maintained. Despite the availability of amenities, nothing seems to be functional. For instance, the swimming pool has been closed for the last five years and is not being utilized at all. Additionally, the construction quality of the society is not up to standard, as evidenced by the major issue of seepage. While the society is well-ventilated and receives proper sunlight, the materials used in construction may be of poor quality, contributing to the seepage problem.

Living in a society of independent houses has been a great experience for me, especially without any seepage problems. I've been a resident here for 18 years, and I haven't encountered any issues so far, which speaks volumes about the quality of living. The Residents Welfare Association (RWA) committee does an excellent job of maintaining everything and ensuring cleanliness throughout the society. The connectivity around the society is amazing, with nearby metro stations, schools, hospitals, markets, and well-built roads, which never pose any traffic problems. All amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden, are available and well-maintained, adding to the overall quality of life. The people in the society are friendly and cooperative, making my personal experience here very good.

Overall, I find the society of independent houses to be very good, as I haven't encountered many issues here. My personal experience in this society has been very positive, and I don't have any problems to report. I believe that everything is already well-maintained, and I don't feel there is anything that needs improvement here.

The society has excellent connectivity with public transportation options such as e-rickshaws, autos, cabs, and buses readily available. Maintenance is also good, with regular cleanliness practices ensuring the society is well-maintained. Additionally, despite being 18 years old, the society has not encountered any construction-related issues such as seepage or water leakage problems.
Things need improvement
The society faces significant traffic congestion due to vehicles standing idle in various places, mainly because there is a lot of traffic nearby. This becomes a significant issue for the society. Improvement in traffic conditions is necessary. Additionally, the society lacks many amenities; there are no tennis or badminton courts, and the swimming pool is also not functional.

4 saal pehle rehta tha us society mein. Society accha tha, quite & peace tha. People were decent in society. Construction quality kaafi accha tha , no seepage issues were there. Cleanliness, power & water supply sab badiya tha. Uber, ola available hota tha aaram se.
Things need improvement
Uss waqt kaafi construction chal raha tha toh thoda issues tha traffic ka. Society se bahar nikalke thoda khaali area tha, toh raat mein thoda safe nahi tha. There was no gym in the society, swimming pool band tha kaafi time se society mein. Festivals saath nahi mante the as such society mein. Society ke bahar ke roads pe waterlogging, traffic because on construction on main road.

Autos and cabs are readily available near the society, making transportation convenient. The neighbors are friendly and cooperative, often celebrating festivals together. Additionally, CCTV cameras are installed for added security.
Things need improvement
The issue of seepage, leakage, and water logging is unfortunately common in all the villas within the society. Additionally, the lack of a nearby metro station adds to transportation challenges for the residents.

People here are very helpful and understanding. Every festival is celebrated well. The society is spacious, and every flat has proper ventilation. Garbage cleaning is also done effectively.
Things need improvement
Parking is often challenging here; sometimes, people park in others' designated spaces. The clubhouse and gym equipment have become outdated and urgently need upgrading. There is no swimming pool, and the metro station is quite far away.

Nearby markets, malls,school, college, hospital all art there. Maintenance is good. Security guard is best.

No power backup is there. No amenities is there like swing pool clubhouse, gym, park.
