I am a tenant here residing from almost a year now. If I could, I would rate this property a zero. There are constant water problems, parking issues and the civil work is extremely poor. The drainage pipes leak continuously. The builder of the property resides here as well and hence there is no society personnel appointed by the residents. So all the decisions and comforts are only for them. All the supporting staff and maintenance team will not answer you but will be paying their salary in the name of maintenance fee. The cameras don't work if you want a recording of an incident. There are no designated letter box so all your posts are collected by the security guard and you'll receive posts on their will. There is no proper entrance / exit to the building and a constant smell of drainage right behind the building. I have to only reside for next couple of months here but it is just a terrible place to live, invest or buy your home from your hard earned money.
