Maintenance is very good. connectivity like nearby malls, markets, public transport are easily avialable. construction quality is very good.
Things need improvement
For catching metro you have to go barahanagar metro station. for railway you have to go atleast dumdum railway station.

Connectivity is good, autos and cabs are easily available, kids play area is good, club houses and gym are also there.

The market is very far, there is no cleanliness, there are many problems of seepage.
