Residing here is truly wonderful! We're blessed with a bundle of conveniences right at our doorstep � from schools, hospitals, to markets, everything essential is just a stone's throw away. Navigating the neighborhood is a breeze thanks to well-maintained roads and a variety of public transport options such as buses, autos, and cabs, not to mention the convenience of having an auto stand nearby and the flexibility of Ola and Uber services reaching us easily. What's more, the quality of construction in our community is exceptional, with no worries about leaks or pests, and the ventilation is spot-on for a comfortable living environment. The added perk of having designated parking spots for each resident, along with visitor parking, ensures smooth parking arrangements, all while adhering to the community rules. Waste management is taken seriously here, with regular garbage collection and a commitment to segregating wet and dry waste efficiently. With uninterrupted 24/7 access to electricity and water, we can rest assured that our basic needs are always met. Moreover, we're treated to modern amenities like a well-equipped gym and a clubhouse, meticulously maintained for our enjoyment. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the sense of community among our neighbors � not only are they incredibly friendly, but we also come together to celebrate every festival, fostering a strong bond among us. Even in the rare instance of a disagreement, we pride ourselves on our ability to resolve issues amicably within our tight-knit community. And with the added security measures such as CCTV surveillance and 24/7 security guards, we feel safe and secure at all times. The recent efforts of the committee to oversee maintenance tasks like painting further demonstrate their dedication to ensuring our comfort and well-being. In summary, living here offers not just a place to call home, but a vibrant and supportive community where every need is met with care and consideration.

The hard water in the area causes occasional issues such as moisture and dampness in the walls. While this isn't a frequent problem, it can be a concern for residents. Additionally, there is a lack of upgrades in certain areas, though this is a common aspect of living in the community. Despite these concerns, everything else about living here is great.

Nearby local shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores provide convenient access to daily necessities. Adequate parking space is available for residents and guests, with designated areas allocated for both. The metro station is conveniently close to the society, enhancing connectivity. Continuous water supply and electricity are provided 24/7 without disruptions. Well-maintained roads and functional street lights ensure safety and convenience. Prompt resolution of issues by the society, including structural repairs and beautification efforts. Emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene maintenance within the society. Proper ventilation and ample sunlight in apartment rooms enhance living comfort. High construction quality with no observed issues of seepage or leakage. Availability of facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, all properly maintained. Effective security measures including security guards and functional CCTV cameras. Functional elevators with regular maintenance ensuring reliability. Friendly and cooperative community fostering a sense of belonging. Celebration of cultural festivals and a pet-friendly environment within the society.
Things need improvement
Educational institutions, hospitals, and the railway station are located at a considerable distance from the society, posing inconvenience for residents. Waste management practices need improvement as wet and dry waste are collected together without separation. The water quality in the society is poor, with hard water containing a high iron content sourced from tankers. Availability of corporation water is still pending, impacting residents' access to clean water. Stray dogs occasionally entering the premises raise safety concerns for residents.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Mall is attached with the society. Good amount of parking space is alloted to all residents. Water logging issues are not faced as such, drainage system is good in the society. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. Garbage are disposed on time. Pest control and paintings are done on time. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such, the construction quality is good. Ventilation is quite good as compared to other societies. Facilities and Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society. Badminton and basket ball court are also available. The Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Elevators works properly and is maintained on timely basis. Balcony is available and rooms are properly ventilated in the society. People are very understanding and friendly in the society.
Things need improvement
Dealing with poor water quality is really tough. Having to rely on groundwater with high iron content and receiving brown water is not ideal at all. I've been trying to find solutions to improve the situation.

The building constructions here are top-notch, and the residents are incredibly kind and friendly, often coming together to celebrate cultural events. Amenities like gyms, a clubhouse, and swimming pools are all well-maintained, adding to the quality of life here. Plus, it's a relief knowing there are no issues with seepage or leakage in the society. Connectivity is excellent, with plenty of public transport options like buses, autos, and taxis available for daily commuters. No problem�it's spacious enough to comfortably accommodate vehicles. Nearby, you'll find everything you need, from grocery shops to schools, colleges, medical stores, and hospitals. Plus, there are no communication or network issues to worry about, and garbage disposal is a breeze.

Access to everything is a breeze around here, and the building construction is solid. Connectivity is reliable, with public transport facilities readily available. The only hiccup we've had is with the water supply, which definitely needs some improvement.

The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done regularly on time. Maintainance charges are comparitively okay. CCTV and elevators works perfectly fine. Security guards are very helpful and cooperative. Parking space is available. The construction quality is quite better than other societies, seepage leakage issues does not happen in my appartment.

Road quality is not at all good around the society, after repeated complaints also the roads are still not fixed. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society.

The surrounding area is congested with no metro connectivity. The apartment management is satisfactory but requires improvement. The roads are of poor quality, and the swimming pools are not cleaned frequently. Some areas lack proper lighting.

Lelege sepege ka mere flat me issue nhi hai. recidents ecent hai. festivals sembrate hote hai. sari mdoern amneities hai and well mainted hi jai se k gym , swimming pool, table tennis, bad binton court etc. pani 24*7 milta hai. scoeity celan nhai. garbage colelction daily hota hai. lifts mained hai. parking enough ahi. visitors parking bhi hai society me. maintence charges normal hai jitani facilities hai us hisab se.

Scoeity me night ke time me conectivity achi nhi hai, autos to milte hi nhi hai but cabs drivers bhi ane ke lye maan karte hai. soceity ke bahar ka ek side ka rode acha nhi hai.
